RECIPE:
This Vegan Meatloaf has the best taste & texture! This easy lentil loaf recipe is the perfect vegetarian meal for Thanksgiving, or any other holiday. You can make it up to 3 days in advance, but I recommend cooking it the same day you plan on serving for the best texture. Use canned lentils to save yourself some time, too!

I lost 46 lbs in 12 months when I switched to a high starch, low fat plant based diet. I read the book The Starch Solution by Dr. John Mcdougall and it has forever changed my life. Not only did I lose 40 lbs but I also got rid of cystic acne, bad blood pressure, prediabetes, and bad cholesterol. I also had many female health issues going on that completely reversed after eating this way. Im sharing my journey and how I did it.

Sweet BBQ Lentil Loaf:
2 cans brown lentils drained and rinsed
2 cans black lentils drained and rinsed
2 cups rolled oats or bread crumbs
1 cup corn
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup chopped jalapeno without seeds unless you like it spicy
1 cup Sweet BBQ sauce, store bought or homemade for sugar free
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 40 minutes, you can then top with more bbq sauce if you wish. Goes really well with mashed potatoes and salad.

140 g Linsen.
mit Wasser auffüllen.
8 Stunden oder über Nacht stehen lassen.
die Körner quellen auf und entziehen das überschüssige Wasser.
füge 50 ml reines Wasser hinzu.
30 ml Olivenöl.
mit einem Mixer zerkleinern.

Salz.
30 Gramm Psyllium.
1 Teelöffel gemahlener Koriander.
gut mischen.
5 g Backpulver.
gut mischen.
Fetten Sie Ihre Hände mit Pflanzenöl ein.
Gestalt verleihen.
lege ihn auf das Backblech.
ein wenig schwarzen Sesam.
25 Minuten bei 180°C im Ofen backen.
das Brot ist fertig!
Schau, wie schön es geworden ist!

Ich lege es auf den Rost, damit die Brötchen abkühlen können.
