If you’re looking for the ultimate light and bright summer pie recipe, look no further than lemonade pie! This lemonade pie recipe is so easy to put together, plus lemon is one of my favorite flavors to enjoy during the summer months. ????

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
1 6 oz. 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
Whipped cream for topping

Lemonade Icebox Pie recipe
Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Yellow food coloring, optional (I used 7 drops)
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Directions
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Beat in lemonade concentrate. Fold in whipped topping and, if desired, food coloring. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate until set.

⅓ cup white sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions

Step 1
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and cinnamon until well blended . Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
Step 2
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Cool. If recipe calls for unbaked pie shell, just chill for about 1 hour.

OLD SCHOOL LEMONADE ICE BOX PIE
Lemonade Pie is light, sweet, tart. and creamy!
recipe with a perfectly buttery graham cracker crust.
Ingredients:
Crust
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (approximately 12 full sheets)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Filling
1 (8- ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 (14- ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 (8- ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
Crust
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix together the butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9- inch pie plate.
Bake for 6-7 minutes until lightly golden.
Cool completely.
Filling
In the bowl of your stand mixer, fitted with the paddle attachment, mix together the cream cheese and condensed milk on medium-low speed until smooth. Add in the lemonade concentrate and zest and mix until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
Spread the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 6 – 8 hours, or until set.

Ingredients
1 cup lemon sorbet, softened
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon-flavored vodka
2/3 cup heavy cream
One 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
Sweetened whipped cream, for serving
2 lemon jelly fruit slices, quartered, for serving
Directions
Put the sorbet, sweetened condensed milk and vodka in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low until smooth and no lumps of frozen sorbet remain, 1 to 2 minutes.
Put the cream in another medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until it is thick and holds soft peaks, 1 to 2 minutes. Fold the whipped cream into the lemon sorbet mixture and pour into the pie crust. Freeze until set, about 4 hours and up to overnight.
Serve each slice garnished with a dollop of whipped cream and a lemon jelly fruit wedge.
