South Carolina BBQ
This video is typical South Carolina Barbeque. I wanted to do this video to show that if you have a smoker anyone can cook barbeque. It took all day to make this meal because I also made all the fixings - coleslaw, baked beans, hushpuppies, rice and hash. Using the smoker infuses that great smokey taste to the BBQ.
