How To make Lemon Dilly Chicken Saute
4 ea Breasts, chicken, halves,
broiler/fryer, boned, :
skinned 1/2 c Breadcrumbs, dry
1 t Pepper, lemon
1/4 ts Dill, dried
3 tb Juice, lemon
2 tb Oil, olive
Pound the chicken pieces until they're about 1/4-inch thick.
In a shallow dish mix together bread crumbs, lemon pepper, and dill weed. Pour the lemon juice in a second dish. Add chicken, one piece at a time, first to the lemon juice, then to the crumb mixture, turning to coat on all sides. Put the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, turning, about 10 minutes or until chicken is brown and fork tender.

It was to be a whole beast wrapped in a foil parcel with the Lemon, Dill, Garlic & a knob of butter but I changed my Mind...

Grab a bite of tender chicken, smothered in a rich sauce in this creamy dill chicken recipe! The chicken is well-seasoned and soaked in milk and mustard to bring out more flavors in this dill chicken recipe. Sear them to perfection, then simmer and serve with the creamy, homemade sauce!
Ingredients:
1½ tbsp garlic salt
1½ tbsp dill, fresh and chopped
2 pieces of chicken breast, skin removed, butterflied, and slightly flattened
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp dried dill
½ cup whipped cream
½ cup milk
3 tbsp stone ground dijon mustard
⬇️ How to make Creamy Dill Chicken ⬇️
0:07 Combine the milk and mustard and mix until combined.
0:11 Combine the fresh dill & garlic salt then set aside.
0:16 Dip the chicken in the milk mixture and allow it to drain slightly.
0:25 Coat with the salt mixture on both sides and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
0:32 Heat up oil onto a skillet and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Set aside the chicken.
0:41 In the same pan, combine the chicken broth and dried dill. Bring it to a boil and reduce heat to low.
0:51 Add the cream into the mixture and continue simmering until the sauce has reduced to a half.
0:59 Add the chicken into the sauce, cover, and simmer over low heat until the chicken is cooked and the sauce has reduced. Serve and enjoy!
