1 lb White fish, cut in chunks 1 c Onion, sliced 1 t Lacama (see recipe) 1 c Potatoes, diced 1 c Carrots, diced 1/2 ts Salt 1 t Sweet red pepper 1 c Tomatoes, cubed 1/2 ts Saffron 1/2 c Olive oil, heated 1 Red pepper, sliced Layer all ingredients. Pour over the hot oil. Top with the pimento. Simmer slowly for about 3/4 hour. Do not mix. Serve: Hot, with drops of lemon juice.
