How To make Kraft Creamy Potato Bake
4 lg Potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pk Velveta Cheese, cubed
2 tb Parkay Gold Margarine
3/4 c Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/4 c Sour Cream
5 sl Bacon, crisp and crumbled
4 x Green Onions, sliced
1/4 c Pimento, chopped
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Paprika
1) Heat oven to 350 F. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water and drain.
Combine potatoes, half the cheese and margarine and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. 2) Add salad dressing, sour cream, 2 tb bacon, 2 tb onions, pimento and
pepper. Mix well. Spoon into a 2 qt casserole. 3) Top with remaining cheese, bacon and onions. Sprinkle with paprika.
4) Bake 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

What you need:
3-1/4 lb. baking potatoes (about 10), peeled, chopped and cooked
1 large sweet potato (1/2 lb.), peeled, chopped and cooked
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
Let's make it:
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Place potatoes in separate bowls. Add half each of the cream cheese spread, sour cream and pepper to potatoes in each bowl; mash until creamy.
3. Stir half the Parmesan into white potatoes, then stir half the cheddar into sweet potatoes. Layer half of each the potatoes in 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat layers.
4. Bake 15 min. Top with remaining cheeses; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Crispy Creamy Potato
This is a super easy potato salad recipe from my mum. The key to this recipe is the cream of mushroom, for a really creamy texture.
Make sure to use potatoes that are suitable for baking, and not the ones that are for mashing. This is so that you can bite into the potatoes rather than having them all soft and mashy.
The panko and parmesan cheese mixture gives the top a nice crust. So it is crispy on the outside, and so creamy and cheesy on the inside.

HOW TO MAKE CREAMY TWICE BAKED POTATO
A bit of a spin on the good old baked potato. Deliciously creamy and fluffy on the inside, crispy and golden on the outside.
Ingredients:
2 large potatoes
2 tablespoons of chopped shallots
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 tablespoons of milk
25g butter
3/4 cup of cheese
1 large egg
3 slices of ham diced (use the pretend stuff if you're vegetarian)
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
