1. CARBONARRA
500g spagetti
6 egg yolks
100g parmesan
5 bacon rashers
3 garlic cloves
4-6 tablespoons pasta water
2. FAJITAS
5 potatoes
Turkey Strips
2 peppers
1 onion
Fajita mix powder
1 avocado
Cheese
Sour Cream
3. CURRIED MINCE
500g lamb or beef mince
200ml veg stock
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons curry powder (mild, medium or hot)
Rice
4. HOMEMADE PIZZAS
6 Pitta Breads
Tomato Puree
Cheese
Potatoes
Peppers
Cucumber
5. ONE POT PASTA
500g Pasta
2 Peppers
1 Onion
3 Garlic Cloves
100g Mushrooms
100g Tomatoes
1000ml Veg stock (add more if needed)

4 SLOW COOKER RECIPES | EASY SLOW COOKER MEALS | Kerry Whelpdale
Today I am sharing 4 easy slow cooker meals which are warming and totally delicious. These are family friendly but also great for hosting (when we can!!) I hope you enjoy these meals. Subscribe for more videos just like this :)
SLOW COOKER I USE:
Creamy Pork Chops:
600g pork chops, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 400g potatoes, 100g mushrooms, 300ml pork stock / veg stock, 300g creme fraise, 3tbspn flour & water mix, parsley, salt & pepper.
Spinach & Ricotta Lasagna:
1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 600g spinach, 250g ricotta, 50ml veg stock, 3 bay leaves, lasagna sheets, salt & pepper, 100g cheddar cheese. White sauce: 50g butter, 50g flour, 1litre milk.
Beef Casserole:
800g diced beef, 4 bacon rashers, 400g potatoes, 3 large carrots, 2 large parsnips, 1 red wine stock cube, 600ml beef stock, 2tbsp tomato puree, 2tspn thyme, 3tbsp flour & water mix, salt & pepper.
Butternut Squash Risotto:
1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, olive oil, 1 whole butternut squash, 500g risotto rice, 1750ml veg stock with 2 veg stock cubes, 3tspn sage, knob butter, 100g brie, parmesan.

SLOW COOKED STUFFED AUBERGINES | EASY VEGGIE MEALS | KERRY WHELPDALE
In today's video i am sharing my slow cooked aubergine recipe. This recipe is really versatile and can be stuffed with anything you want.. I have made a veggie option in this video, but I also make exactly the same recipe but with a meat stuffing too.
