10 1/2 oz Cream of celery soup (1 can) 8 oz Cream cheese (1 package) 1 Unflavored gelatin envelope 2 tb Water 3 bn Green onions, chopped fine 2 c Celery, diced finely 16 oz Frozen crab meat, thawed - (1 package) 3/4 c Mayonnaise Combine in saucepan soup and cream cheese. Heat on low setting until hot. Soften gelatin in water; add soup mixture, blending well. Stir in onions, celery and crab meat. Remove from heat; add mayonnaise. Pour into mold and refrigerate overnight or until set. Serve with crackers.

Retro Recipe Perfect for Easter - Shrimp Salad Loaf
This recipe comes from the Stratford Newcomers Club cookbook published in 1980. Shrimp loaf was surprisingly delightful and we feel would make a perfect addition to your Easter menu.
To make Shrimp Loaf you will need: 1 can undiluted tomato soup 6 oz. cream cheese - softened 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin, softened in 1/2 cup water 1 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup finely chopped onion 3/4 cup finely chopped celery 5 to 6 oz. tiny canned shrimp, drained
Bring soup to a boil, add the cream cheese and blend thoroughly until smooth. Add the gelatin mixture and let cool. Add the remaining ingredients. Fold into greased mold. Let set 4 to 6 hours. Serve with crackers.
