How To make Jiffy Cinnamon Buns
2 c flour
2 tb sugar
4 ts powder
1 ts salt
1/4 c cold margarine
1 c cold milk
1 ~~~~~~~filling~~~~~~~~~
1/3 c margarine
1 c brown sugar
3 ts cinnamon
1/3 c raisins
1 ~~~~~~~~glaze~~~~~~~~~~
1/2 c icing sugar
1 enough water to make thin
1 glaze.
In large bowl combine flour,sugar,powder, and salt. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Make well in center. Pour milk into well. Stir to form dough, adding more milk if needed. Turn onto lightly floured surface. Knead 8-10 times. Roll into rectangle. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~FILLING~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cream margarine,brown sugar, and cinnamon together well. Drop 1 tsp. into each of 12 muffin tins. Spread rest over dough. Sprinkle raisins over top. Roll up as a jelly roll. Mark, then cut 12 slices. Place cut side down in muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~GLAZE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drizzle over cinnamon buns. -----

Hey athletes! Here is how I make cinnamon rolls WITHOUT a mixer. A few years back I bought a cinnamon roll from my favorite kiosk and I felt like I was paying too much for something I can make at home. I also couldn’t afford a kitchen aid mixer, so I researched a few recipes and techniques that helped me create the perfect cinnamon rolls. And yes I can pop these in the freezer and enjoy them later.
