Suya Spiced BBQ Sauce and easy BBQ wings recipe [Simple ingredients]

This suya spice bbq sauce is on another level, it gives you the finger-licking sweet and hot flavors. ????????????
Ingredients:
For the BBQ Sauce:
2 cups Homemade Tomato Ketchup
1 Tbsp Coconut Amino/ Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Honey
Juice of a Lemon
1 Tbsp Suya Spice (see note)
For the BBQ Wings:
2 lbs of Chicken wings (Cleansed and Brined in salt and buttermilk) *see note
½ Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Seasoning Powder
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (or to taste)
Drizzle ½ Tbsp oil
Note:
For the BBQ Sauce:
1. You can use regular ketchup, Just reduce your honey to 1/4 cup else it might be too sweet. I recommend organic or homemade/ zero-sugar added ketchup.
2. Substitute suya spice for 2 tsp liquid smoke or cayenne pepper (to taste).
For the BBQ Wings:
3. To Brine your chicken: After cleaning your chicken, In a large mix together 5-6 cups of buttermilk and ½ cup of salt. Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours, drain wings in a sieve, and pat dry the wings. Season with ingredients listed above

Here’s a a few sample recipes to get you started. I recommend tweaking them to your liking.
Ingredients:
Sample Recipe #1:
2 cups apple cider vinegar, Heinz
1/2 cup white vinegar, Heinz
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbsp Kosher salt, or any coarse salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
Sample Recipe #2:
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Sample #3
4 cups cider vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 ⅓ cups ketchup
¼ cup butter
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons mustard powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Wagon Wheel Western BBQ Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
Unsalted butter, for buttering the baking dish
Kosher salt
1 pound wagon wheel pasta
Two 12-ounce cans evaporated milk
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
8 ounces sharp Cheddar, freshly grated (2 cups)
8 ounces foil-wrapped shelf-stable cheese such as Velveeta, grated or cubed (2 cups)
2 teaspoons cornstarch
6 ounces smoked mozzarella, shredded
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
One 8-ounce bag kettle-cooked barbecue flavored potato chips, crushed fine
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and season with a generous amount of salt. Boil the pasta until al dente, 2 to 3 minutes less than the package instructions.
Meanwhile, in a large pot over medium heat, add the evaporated milk and Dijon and whisk together. Bring to a simmer. Toss the Cheddar, shelf-stable cheese and cornstarch together in a bowl until totally coated. Stir into the sauce cheese and heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is silky and smooth, about 5 minutes.
Drain the pasta, then add to the cheese sauce and stir to coat. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle an even layer of the mozzarella over the top. Drizzle the barbecue sauce over the cheese, and top with a thick layer of crumbled potato chips.
Bake, uncovered, until gooey and bubbling, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve hot.

Sweet and Tangy Keto BBQ Sauce - Low Carb - No Added Sugar
In this video, I make a few tweaks to a sauce by Jeff Phillips at smoking-meat.com to make it keto-friendly. This sauce is great as is, but can easily be modified depending on how you like your BBQ -- sweet, hot, or tangy. This recipe yields approximately 20 servings of 2 TBS of sauce, each with 2g net carbs (per Carb Manager).
