Nutella Stuffed French Toast Sticks

French Toast rolls up | with Cheese and Apricot Jam | for dessert o merienda| DaveMarTV | epi.11

Ingredients:

14 pcs. white big bread
1/3 cup fresh milk or evap milk
1 large egg
pinch of iodized salt
1 tsp of brown sugar ( for liquid mixture )
3 pcs of white triangle cheese (you can use cheddar cheese 1/2 cup or sliced cheese like sandwich 6-8pcs.)
1/2 cup of Apricot jam (you can use different jam or mashed banana with butter)
1/2 cup of sesame sids
1 tbsp of brown sugar ( to mix with sesame sids )
1tbsp butter cubed little pcs ( for frying )
1 tsp cooking oil mix with butter for frying
1tsp butter (for greasing)

Flour Slurry:
¼ Cup Flour
½ Cup Water
Dip In Flour Slurry
Coat with Breadcrumb
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden
