How To make Italian Ziti Medley
1/2 lb Italian sausage *
1 c Sliced mushrooms
1/3 c Chopped onion
2 1/4 c Milk
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1 c Green pepper strips
1/3 c All-purpose flour
8 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese
8 oz Cut Ziti - uncooked
1/2 ts Pepper
* Sliced into coins In 4-quart saucepan, brown sausage. Remove from pan and drain off fat. Melt butter and cook mushrooms, pepper and onion until tender but not brown. Blend flour into vegetable mixture. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring consstantly over med-low heat until mixture begins to boil. Boil and stir 1 minute. Blend in 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and pepper until cheeses are melted and mixture is smooth. Cook ziti according to package directions, and drain. Stir hot cooked ziti and sausage into vegetable cheese mixture. pour into buttered 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 Cup cheddar cheese. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Typed at you by Mara Kent

Follow my detailed recipes here
Ingredients:
- EVOO 2-3 tbsp
- Sausage Ground lb
- Beef Ground 1 lb
- 1 Onion Diced
- 2-3 carrots diced
- Italian Seasoning (1/2 tbsp)
-Rosemary (1/2 tbsp)
- Oregano (1/2 tbsp)
- Salt and Pepper (1/2 tbsp each)
- Pasta Sauce (Any Jar sauce of your preference)
- Crushed Garlic 5 cloves
- Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- Ricotta Cheese 15-30 Oz
- 2-3 cups Pasta
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup white wine
Instructions:
1. In a large pot or crock pot, boil pasta and save it for later.
2. In a large pan, heat EVOO and add the sausage. Let it brown for 5-10 min on low heat. Set aside.
3. Make sauce by cooking Onions in 2-3 tbsp EVOO and saute for 5-10 min.
4. Season with Salt, Pepper and Italian Seasoning.
5. Once the peppers are soft, add wine and garlic. Let it cook for another 5-10 min on low heat.
6. Add the Beef +Sausage and let it cook for another 20 min on low heat.
7. Add Tomato Sauce and let it cook for another 3-4 hours on low heat.
8. Cook pasta separately and set aside.
9.Assemble layers by adding sauce, then pasta, then ricotta and lastly cheese. Season with salt and Pepper again for each layer.
10. Let it bake for 1 hr.

Pappardelle pasta
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsps. unsalted butter
1 small onion chopped
1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
2-3 tbsps. tomato paste
1 tsp dry pepper flakes
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 handful fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
