Easy Italian Sausage Spaghetti Recipe - In 30 Minutes
This Italian sausage spaghetti recipe is ridiculously easy. Made with t simple combination of Italian sausage, canned spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, and some herbs and spices, the outcome is simply out of this world. I always make it up as a midweek meal as it only takes about thirty minutes to make.
I use the medium Italian sausage as I add chilli flakes to the recipe, but if you are adventurous and like heat, hot ahead and use the hot or a few more chilli flakes. The great thing is, if you don't like heat in your sauce, simple cut back or use the mild.
Give our easy Italian sausage spaghetti a try and, as always, let us know what you think.

- 300 gr Italian sausages
- 1 carrot

4. Now it's time to add the tomato passata and the bay leaves. Add chilli as well, if you like things spicy :-) ;
5. Let everything simmer at low heat for at least 1.5 hour. This will taste fantastically;
6. After that, remove the pork meat and set it aside on a plate;
6. Put the pasta to cook and when 'al dente', mix it up with the tomato sauce. Now your pork meat and sausage tomato sauce mixed with pasta is ready to eat;
7. Crack more black pepper on top, add some grated cheese and...
8. ENJOY!
ITALIAN FOOD BOSS SPECIAL TIP: Use the bay leaves in the tomato sauce because that will give a whole different flavor to your meal!

#1 Pork Sausages in Tomato Sauce (easy Italian food)
I would like to introduce you to one of my favorite dishes: pork sausages in tomato sauce! Sooo tasty, soooo flavorsome, sooo mouthwatering... although slightly fatty dish :-)
I love this recipe because effectively we can create an amazing tomato sauce base that you can use also for some pasta: you kill two birds with one stone!
I will show you how to cook these Italian pork sausages in an ocean of tomato sauce: get ready with some freshly grilled bread to be dipped in the sauce - what's a sausage-base tomato sauce worthy anyway if you don't do a nice scarpetta in there?
