1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 cloves garlic -- finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 pounds chicken pieces 1 gallon size food storage bag Combine liquid ingredients and seasoning in a bag to create marinade. Mix well. Place chicken in bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Grill, bake, broil or saute chicken as desired until fully cooked. Refrigerate leftovers.

Delicious Yogurt and Lemon Marinated Chicken! ???????????? ????RECIPE???? @ManuCookandRock
INGREDIENTS for 4 servings: 2 chicken breasts 1 lb (1500 g) 1 cup (250 g) of plain yogurt 3 tbsp (40 g) of oil Juice and zest of 1 lemon Salt Pepper 1 tbsp of smoked paprika Dry oregano to taste Parsley to taste 3 1/2 tbsp (30 g) of pitted black olives 2 tbsp (20 g) of salt-cured capers
PROCEDURE: In a glass, mix the oil, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and dry oregano. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts. Allow it to marinate overnight or at least for 2 hours. Heat a skillet and cook the chicken over medium-high heat for 5 minutes without touching it, then flip and continue to cook covered on medium heat for 10 minutes. Chop the parsley, olives, and capers, and once the chicken is ready, season it with this mixture. Add the lemon zest and cooking juices, and serve hot.
