3/4 c Milk
2 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Bisquick
2 pk Cream cheese;softened;cubed
CHEESECAKE TOPPING:
1 c Sour cream
2 tb Sugar
2 ts Vanilla
Heat oven to 350. Grease a 9" pie plate. Beat milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender on high. Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high 2 min. Pour into pie plate. Bake 40-45 min.or til center is set; cool.Mix Cheesecake topping;carefully spread over top. Serve with canned pie filling or fresh fruit if desired. HIGH ALT: Bake 45-50 min. ~--

Impossibly Easy Cheesecake((Bisquick Mix)
Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and the Bisquick mix in blender. Add cream cheese, blend 2 minutes. Pour into pie plate. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, until knife comes out clean.

This basque burnt cheesecake is the easiest baking recipe and it is so creamy and delicious, the top is an almost burnt surface with the rustic appearance and cracked edges, which makes it the perfect basque burnt cheesecake that’s impossible to mess up!

Choco-Flan is aslo known as the impossible cake for a very good reason – the moist chocolate cake and creamy custard layers swap spots during baking. So if you are having a hard time deciding to make a chocolate cake or flan for dessert? Now you can have your flan and cake too!
1 box of your favorite store-bought chocolate cake
Prepare as instructed on the box
Ingredients for the flan:
14 Oz Can Condensed Milk
12 Oz Can Evaporated Milk
5 Large or 6 Medium Eggs
1 Tbs Vanilla
4 Ounces of Room Temperature Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Sugar for the Caramel
Use the remainder 4 ounces of cream cheese to prepare flour tortillas

2 packs of cream cheese
