Caramel:
1/3 cup (70 g) sugar
1-2 tbsp water
Custard:
2 cups (480 ml) canned coconut milk can shaken
3-4 tbsp (60-80 g) maple syrup
2 tbsp (16 g) cornstarch
2/3 tsp agar powder
Pinch of sea salt
2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
