INGREDIENTS:
1 Large 12-1/2-ounce can white
Or light meat tuna, drained 2 tb Vegetable Oil
1 Apple; cored and chopped
1 sm Onion; chopped
1/2 ts Curry
3 tb Flour
1/2 c Milk
1 c Chicken bouillon; (that's
-one cube of bouillon in one -cup of water) 1 (8-ounce) package egg
Noodles; cooked & drained Or 1 c Cooked rice
THIS MEAL IS IMPOSSIBLE TO WRECK AND QUICK TO MAKE Fry the apple and onion in a little oil until lightly cooked. Add flour and slowly stir in milk and bouillon. That will make a lumpy white sauce. (The lumps are from the apple and onions and are not your fault.) Add tuna, breaking it up well, and sprinkle in the curry. Mix well. Serve over hot noodles which take nine minutes to cook and should have been started back while the apples and onions were cooking. If time is not a problem, serve this over rice. Easy 10 Minute Recipe Using Canned Tuna and Spanish Sardines
This is an easy and cheap recipe for those in a rush.
You Need:
1 can Spanish Sardines in Tomato Sauce or in Oil
1 can Tuna
1 Onion
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Minced Garlic
200 g. cherry tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Lemon
Optional: Capers, Olives, Chili
Method:
1. Saute the onions and the garlic
2. Add in the tomatoes
3. Add the sardines
4. Add the tuna
5. Sprinkle lemon
6. Add salt, pepper and chili as you please
7. Simmer for 7 minutes
8. Serve and enjoy

This video is good for beginners or people who want to make a quick easy Tuna sandwich with ingredients they have on hands. You only need a few ingredients to make this tasty sandwich, if you are in a hurry or for those who don't feel like cooking.
Follow the Recipe below to make this Easy Tuna Healthy Sandwich:
Ingredients:
1 Can of Drained Tuna
2tbs of Diced Onions
2 Cloves of Garlic minced
1 Diced Tomato
1/4 Lemon or 2tbs of Lemon Juice
1tbs Chopped Coriander
2tbs Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
Heat up Olive Oil.
Add Diced Onions and minced Garlic. Sautee for 2 minutes.
Add in drained Tuna, Salt and Pepper. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes mix and cover. Cook for 2 minutes.
Take Lid off squeeze in lemon juice and garnish with Chopped Coriander.
Turn Heat off.
Serve with Toasted Bread.

Ingredients:
2 canned tuna with spring water
1/4 cup oil
1 chopped onion
1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp or to taste red chilli powder
1/2 tsp or to taste salt
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp roasted & crushed cumin & coriander 1 tsp ( dry roast 1 tbsp cumin seed & 1 tbsp coriander seed then coarsely grind, Add 1 tsp in this recipe and store leftovers in an airtight jar for future use.
50g blend tomatoes. Take 1 ripe tomato add in blender & blend until smooth.
Fresh coriander as required
Lemon juice to taste

6 oz Albacore wild tuna, no salt added
28 grams hummus
2 tbsp hummus
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Low carb tortilla
Bell pepper (optional)
Romaine lettuce (optional)
Directions
1. Drain excess water from the tuna package, then put the tuna into a bowl.
2. Combine hummus with the tuna and mix.
3. Use salt, pepper, and paprika to desired taste.
4. Add the mixture to a low-carb tortilla.
5. Optionally, you can add chopped bell pepper and/or romaine lettuce! You can even substitute the low-carb tortilla for romaine lettuce!
6. Enjoy!
