How To make Hot &Amp; Sweet Pepper Beef Kabobs
1 1/2 lb Boneless tender beef
(1 inch thick) 2 lg Bell peppers
:
(red, yellow or green) 2/3 c Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
-- (Kikkoman) 1 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts -to...
1/2 ts Tabasco pepper sauce
8 10-inch metal skewers
Cut beef into 1-inch cubes and each bell pepper into 16 pieces. Combine teriyaki baste & glaze, onion powder, ginger, chili powder and pepper sauce; remove 1/3 cup mixture and pour over beef and peppers in large bowl, tossing to coat. Thread beef and peppers alternately on skewers, leaving space between pieces. Cook skewers on grill 5 inches from hot coals 4 minutes on each side (for rare), or to desired doneness, brushing occasionally with remaining baste & glaze mixture. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Freestyle ground beef kebabs! Recipe in description
Freestyle Ground Beef Kebabs
Ingredients:
5 cloves of garlic minced
1 small onion minced
I /2 bell pepper minced
1 kg Ground beef
1.5 TspGarlic Powder
1 Tsp Dried Cilantro
1 Tsp Dried Basil
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
.5 Tsp Coriander
.5 Tsp Mustard Dried
.5 Tsp Yellow Curry Powder
1 Tsp Salt
.5 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1.5 Tbsp olive oil
10 bamboo skewers soaked in water
Method:
1. Smash and finely mince garlic and add to bowl
2. Finely mince white onion and squeeze out any extra moisture And add to bowl.
3. Finely dice green bell pepper and squeeze out water content and add to bowl.
4. Add ground beef
5. Add all seasoning to the mix and mix throughly.
6. Add olive oil and continue to beat and mix meat mixture till fully incorporated, till almost a paste consistency.
7. Cling wrap bowl and place in fridge for atleast 1 hour so that mixture and harden as-well and become more solid.
8. Take handful of meat mixture and mold to skewer, using abit of water on the hands to mold the meat to desired size. The water helps with molding the meat and keeps meat from sticking to hands.
9. Once all skewers are finished place in pre- heated oven at 450 for 20 min.
10. Finish with broil setting to add more browning to meat.
11. Serve while hot and enjoy.

How to cook beef/steak Kabobs?
These tender steak/beef kabobs were cut into squares and marinated with for hours with 1 tbsp of each of these ingredients: season salt, Mrs. Dash Garlic, onion powder and garlic powder. The dry seasonings also includes 1 tsp of these items: red pepper, black pepper and salt. Enjoy!

1/4 teaspoon ground clove
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
