1 cn Cream corn 1 16 oz. can whole kernal corn 1 c Grated cheddar cheese 1 c Ritz crackers, crushed 1 Onion, chopped 1 Egg 3 tb Sugar 2/3 c Milk 1/4 lb Margarine Salt & pepper to taste Tabasco sauce to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Bake in a 3-qt baking dish for 50 to 60 min. ~-

I’m Sharing A Classic Pecan Pie. This is a new recipe that my family really enjoyed. Thanks for joining me as I made this new deep dish recipe. Thanksgiving and Christmas is coming up. This Pecan Pie will make a great dessert on your dinner table. Enjoy!!
PREHEAT OVEN @350 DEGREES
OUR INGREDIENTS ARE:
1 1/2 CUPS OF PECANS
1/2 CUP OF LIGHT CORN SYRUP
1 1/2 TEASPOON OF VANILLA EXTRACT
3 EGGS (BEATEN)
1 CUP OF GRANULATED SUGAR
1/4 CUP OF BROWN SUGAR
1/4 CUP OF MELTED BUTTER
1 TEASPOON OF SALT
BAKE FOR 1 HOUR TOTAL (30 INS. WITH FOIL 30 MINS WITHOUT FOIL)

PA Dutch Corn Pie in Jo Ellen's Kitchen
Lebanon PA, 3.29.2020: PA Dutch Corn Pie recipe by Jo Ellen's Kitchen. Ingredients:
2 Pillsbury pie crusts; 2 cubed potatoes; 6 hard boiled eggs peeled and sliced; 1 can of whole corn (can substitute fresh or frozen corn); 2 raw eggs; 1 can of creamed corn; 5 pats of margarine; salt & pepper.
Directions: Grease bottom of a deep-dish pie pan with margarine or Crisco. Roll one crust into the bottom of pan. Jab with fork 4-5 times. Place a layer of cubed potatoes on bottom. Place a layer of sliced hardboiled eggs on top of potatoes. Placed a layer of whole corn on top of eggs. In a bowl, thoroughly mix two raw eggs and creamed corn. Pour over other layers. Top with 5 pats of margarine. Salt and pepper to taste. Unroll second pie crust, and place on top of mixture. Place 3-4 small slits near center of pie to vent. Flute edges. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes. Slice and serve. ####
Deep Dish Pizza Casserole
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Beef 15 oz. Pizza Sauce 11 oz. Roll-Out Pizza Dough 12 slices Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425º F. Brown beef over the stovetop. Drain. Add pizza sauce to beef and simmer over low heat or set aside while the next step is prepared. Roll out pizza dough into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Spread edges up the side if the dish. Place 6 cheese slices on the dough. Pour meat filling onto the dough and cheese. Bake for 12 minutes. Top with remaining 6 slices of cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

Pecan Pie Recipe
1 Cup Sugar 3 Eggs 1 Cup Corn Syrup 2 Tbs. Butter 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract 1 pinch of salt (omit if you use salted butter) 1 1/2 Cups of Pecan 1 Deep Dish Pie Crust
Mix sugar, eggs, and butter together. Add salt, vanilla and pecans. Mix throughly. Pour pecan mixure into uncooked Pie Crust. Bake in a 350 degrees preheated oven for 60-70 mins. Until middle no longer jiggles. Let cool on wire rack.
