1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
sifted PLUS 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder :
sifted 3 1/4 cups granulated sugar 1 1/3 cups cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon salt In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stire with a wire whisk until ev= enly distributed. Pour into a 6 cup container with a tight fitting lid. S= eal container. Label with date and contents. Store in a cool, dry place. = Use with 3-4 months. = Makes about 6 cups Homemade Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling.

CHOCOLATE PUDDING
Put 3 cups milk in double boiler, thicken with 3 large tablespoons cornstarch blended with milk, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa until nice and smooth, add yolk of 1 or 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Can be used for pie or cake filling or put in small mould which has been dipped in cold water. Serve with whipped cream or white of egg beaten dry. Place the Oreo cookies in the bowl of a food processor, and pulse until finely ground. Add the melted butter, and process until well-combined. Tip the mixture out into a baking dish, and press it firmly into place using the back of a measuring cup. Refrigerate until it is needed.
CREAM CHEESE FILLING INGREDIENTS & DIRECTION ============================================ 1 TSP Vanilla Extract 8 oz. Cream Cheese 3/4 C Powdered Sugar 1 1/2 C Heavy Cream
In another large bowl mix the cream cheese until it's softened. Add in heavy cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar, mix until combined.
CHOCOLATE PUDDING INGREDIENTS & DIRECTION ======================================== 2/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon salt 2-1/4 cups milk 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Stir together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt in a medium saucepan; gradually stir in milk. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into individual dessert dishes. To avoid a skin from forming on top, press plastic wrap directly onto surface; serve warm or refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired. 4 servings.
ASSEMBLY ========= Once the whipped cream and pudding are done, pour the cream cheese mixture first over the top of the pie crust, then the chocolate pudding. Swirl both mixture then freeze until all set.
