- Full fat cream cheese, 16 oz
- Granulated Sugar, 4 tbsp
- Vanilla powder or extract, 2 tsp
- Frozen berries, 2 cups
- All Purpose Flour, 4 tbsp
- Eggs, 2
- Salt, 1 pinch
- Butter Croissants
Process:
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Next, we'll need some fresh butter croissants. Make a slit with a knife on each croissant and place them in muffin mold.
Now, let's move on to the delicious berry cheesecake filling. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix it all together until smooth and creamy.
Once your cheesecake mixture is ready, it's time to add some juicy berries. We recommend using a mix of raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries, but feel free to use your favorite berries. Whisk them gently into the cheesecake mixture. Add all purpose flour and mix well.
Now, take a spoonful of the luscious berry cheesecake filling and generously pour it into each croissant.
Place them into the preheated oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the croissants turn golden brown.
Once they're out of the oven, give them a few minutes to cool down before taking a bite. The aroma of warm croissants and decadent cheesecake will fill your kitchen.
For making raspberry sauce, take a saucepan, add raspberries, sugar, water and cook for few minutes. Let it simmer for few minutes. Whisk or blend to make a sauce. Pour the sauce on the cheesecake croissants.

Christmas Cheesecake Cream Cheese Dessert [ NO OVEN NO GELATIN NO EGG ]
How to Make Super Easy No Bake Cheesecake at Home, No Flour, No Sugar, No Egg, No Gelatin, No Mixer. This recipe of homemade no oven mini cheesecake is super easy and simple to make and it even melts in your mouth! The texture is very soft and creamy! The mini cheesecake is very rich in flavor, but not too sweet. Perfect for people who are craving for dessert! This homemade no bake cheesecake is perfect for special occasions, like Christmas, valentine’s day, new year, birthdays, celebrations, and even during holidays!
As for the crust base recipe, you can use any biscuits aside from graham crackers like lotus blscoff, oreo, etc. Place the graham crackers in a zip lock bag to crush it. You can also use a food processor, or even a blender for easier and faster crushing. To crush the graham crackers, I am using a rolling pin. Continue rolling over the ziplock bag until you have reached the desired size pieces of the graham cracker crumbs. For easier mixing, using a melted butter is preferable than a chilled or even a room temperature butter. The container that I am using is silicone for easier removal of the mini cheesecake from the container. You can alternatively use any cake pan or pie plate as a substitute. To press the graham cracker crumbs, you can use a spoon, a rolling pin, or even a water glass. You can even use your hands if you like. Make sure that the graham crumbs crust is pressed in all sides to avoid the cheesecake batter to flow out of the container. You can use any type of cream, such as all-purpose cream, but the result would be much better if you use a heavy whipping cream. The main difference between an all-purpose cream and heavy cream is their fat content. The fat content of all-purpose cream is around 30%. As its name suggests, all-purpose cream can be used for different purposes, but it doesn’t whip well. One substitute for a heavy cream is a chilled all-purpose cream. When an all-purpose cream is chilled, it thickens in consistency. It becomes stiff and can hold its shape, just like that of a heavy cream. But it is not advisable to use a frozen cream. When you thaw a frozen cream, you risk the cream's water and fat separating from each other. The overall taste and texture may change then. And that's what we are trying to avoid. You can also use a room temperature cream, but doing so would not make the result of the whipped cream as fluffy and soft as that of a chilled cream. You can also add sugar as desired. Since we are not using any gelatin or agar-agar powder, it is highly advisable to refrigerate the cake for longer hours and at even lower temperature in order for the cake to maintain its circle shape and to not melt easily once thawed.
