How To make Hershey's 50% Reduced Fat Chocolate Brownies
3/4 c HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1/2 ts Baking soda
2/3 c Lower fat margarine
-(40% oil) -melted & divided 1/2 c Boiling water
2 c Sugar
3 Egg whites
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 1/3 c All-purpose flour
1/4 ts Salt
1 c 50% Reduced Fat Chips
-(HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet) Heat oven to 350 F. Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with vegetable oil spray. In large bowl, stir together cocoa and baking soda; stir in 1/3 cup melted margarine. Add boiling water; stir until mixture thickens. Stir in sugar, egg whites, vanilla and remaining 1/3 cup melted margarine; stir until smooth. Add flour and salt; blend completely. Stir in baking chips; pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. 36 brownies. Nutrition Facts Serv size: 1 piece (31g), Servings: 36, Amount Per Serving: Calories 100, Fat Cal. 25, Total Fat 3g (5%DV), Sat.Fat 1.5g (8% DV), Cholest. 0mg (0%DV), Sodium 55mg (2% DV), Total carb. 19g (6% DV), Dietary Fiber less than 1g (4% DV), Sugars 14g, Protein 1g, Vitamin A (2% DV), Vitamin C (0% DV), Calcium (0% DV), Iron (2% DV). Percent Daily Values (DV) are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. Contains 1 g of Salatrim per serving, only 55% of which is used by the body. I create a recipe for a super delicious chocolate frosting for your Paleo desserts!
Recipe:
1 Cup Chocolate Chips (I use Enjoy life dairy/nut/soy free mini chips)
1 Cup Powdered Coconut Sugar (to make the powdered sugar:
ratio: 1 cup Coconut sugar to
1 Tbsp Arrowroot powder
Blended in blender until a
fine powder)
1/2 Cup Coconut Cream - I used Trader Joe's Coconut Cream (Chill in fridge overnight before making this. Use only the part that thickens)
Instructions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Be careful not to burn it. Once chocolate is completely melted take off heatand mix in a little bit at a time 1 cup of powdered coconut sugar. Blend on high with electric mixer for about 2 minutes to make sure it's completely mixed. Add in coconut cream and mix on high until sugar has dissolved and frosting is no longer grainy. Chill until ready to use.
When ready to use, whip for a couple minutes in mixer to soften and make it pipeable/spreadable. Make sure the cake/cupcakes you're using this on are completely cooled before topping.

CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 1-2 tb cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- stevia
- pinch of salt
- 1g Psyllium Hush
- pinch of Zanthan Gum
- 1 tsp Peanut Butter
Spray your mug with non stick spray add all ingredients except Peanut Butter. Microwave for 30 sec. Add toppings + Enjoy!
