Ingredients for Lamb Chops Recipe:
►2 lbs lamb rib chops (about 8 count)
►5 plump garlic cloves, pressed
►4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
►2 Tbsp fresh parsley, plus more for garnish (or use 2 tsp dried parsley)
►2 tsp Tabasco original red pepper sauce
►1 tsp salt, we used sea salt
►1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
►1/4 tsp dried thyme
Sauce Ingredients:
►1/2 cup chicken or beef stock
►2 Tbsp unsalted butter softened

Herb-Crusted Lamb Chops

*Ingredients*
breadcrumbs, lamb chop, mustard, olive oil, parmesan, parsley, pepper, salt, vegetable oil
*Recipe*
Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F/190 degrees C.
Put the breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan, olive oil, some salt, and pepper into a food processor and pulse for 10-15 seconds, until all the ingredients mix.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet.
Lay the lamb chops in the skillet. Season them with salt and pepper.
Fry the lamb chops on both sides.
Coat each lamb chop with mustard, using a silicone brush.
Then, coat each chop with the breadcrumbs mixture.
Lay the chops in a ceramic baking trey and drizzle some more vegetable oil on them.
Roast for 30 minutes.
Serve with a rice side!
