Iced Tamarind Drink - Nuoc Da Me | Helen's Recipes

Ingredients (15-20 servings)
200g (7 oz) tamarind pulps
400g (2 cups) sugar
600ml (2.5 cups) water
1 tbsp grated ginger / ginger juice
pinch of salt
2-3 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
roasted peanuts
