Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Servings 2-3
INGREDIENTS
1 head cauliflower
½ cup mozzarella, shredded
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 500˚F/260˚C.
2. Remove the leaves and stem of the cauliflower and transfer pieces to a food processor.
3. Rice the cauliflower by pulsing it in the food processor, or by shredding it on a box grater.
4. Once riced, transfer to a large bowl and microwave for 4 minutes. Let it cool down for a few minutes before handling!
5. Transfer cooked cauliflower to a clean towel and wring out as much liquid as possible.
Place wrung cauliflower in a bowl and combine with mozzarella, oregano, basil, salt, 6. garlic powder, and an egg. Mix well.
7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place cauliflower mixture in the middle. Spread out the mixture and form a circle out of the cauliflower mixture, pushing along the edge to raise a “crust.”
8. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the crust has become golden brown in the center and on the edges.
9. Top with your favorite pizza sauce and toppings, being careful not to overload the pizza.
10. Bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted.

Macros 1 Pizza with Ham (I FORGOT THE SAUCE IN THE VIDEO): 756 Calories, 104C, 21F, 37P
Ingredients Dough:
AP flour 480g
Salt 7g
Dry Yeast 5g
300g water
Mozzarella Low moisture 40g
Cheese string 20g
Ham 50g
Crushed tomatoes with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder
Directions:
Prepare the dough by adding into a bowl flour, yeast, and salt. Mix and then add water. Combine the dough until all the flour is incorporated. Then keep kneading on a cutting board for 4-5 more minutes.
Prepare 4 containers with a bit of oil. Divide the dough by 4 and place 1 in every container. Close the lid and refrigerate them for 24h or up to 1 week.
When making the Pizza, first add a bit of oil with some semolina into a pan and add the dough in. Let it rest there for 20-30 minutes. Prepare your toppings and pre heat oven to the max.
Push the dough into a pizza shape, add all toppings and bake the pizza in the oven for 12-18 minutes. After baking place the pan on the stove on medium heat and cook t for 3-4 minutes until the crust is built. Done!

HEALTHY PIZZA RECIPE
(makes 2 skillet pizzas)
Ingredients:
Dough:
2/3 cup ground oats (oat flour) (65g)
2/3 cup spelt flour (85g)
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup Greek yogurt (160g)
Veggie pizza:
1/4 cup tomato sauce (60g)
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (30g)
1/4 cup chopped black olives (30g)
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (100g)
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per 2 slices):
121 calories, fat 3.2g, carb 17.6g, protein 6.7g
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix together ground oats, spelt flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
Add the greek yogurt and using a wooden spoon mix until dough starts to form.
Transfer the dough to the floured surface and press couple of times.
Cut the dough in half, it will be enough for two skillet pizzas.
Brush your skillet with olive oil and spread the dough with your fingers all the way to the edges.
Place the skillet on the stovetop over medium low heat and start adding the toppings.
Spread the tomato sauce all to the edges, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, add the bell peppers and olives.
After 5-6 minutes on the stove, transfer the skillet under the broiler for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned.
Let it cool for 5 minutes, slide the pizza onto a cutting board, slice and serve!
