---Coffee-cinnamon Cream---

cream cheese, softened

heavy whipping cream

vanilla extract

coffee, very strong, instant

teaspoon
cinnamon, ground
2
tablespoon
sugar

salt, pinch
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. butter a 9-inch bundt pan. Sift together cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream together softened butter and sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed. Beat until light and fluffy. With mixer on medium, add eggs, one at a time. Beat in vanilla. Mix together buttermilk and water. Fold cocoa mixture and buttermilk mixture alternately into butter mixture. Stir in hazelnuts. Spread batter in pan. Bake 50 minutes or until a skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake. Invert onto a rack.
Coffee-cinnamon Cream: Mix together cream cheese, whipping cream, vanilla, instant coffee, cinnamon, sugar and salt. With electric mixer on high speed beat until mixture holds its shape. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve slices of pound cake with cream mixture.

This slightly sweet German Hazelnut Loaf Cake is very easy to make and absolutely YUMMY together with the Chocolate Glaze! Enjoy this with fresh brewed coffee or hot cocoa! You won't regret making this one! ;-)
This is how to make German Hazelnut Loaf Cake with Chocolate Glaze:
German Hazelnut Loaf Cake with Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients:
250 g Butter, softened/ 1 1/8 cups
250 g Sugar/ 1 cup
4 Eggs, room temperature
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
250 g All-Purpose Flour/ 1 2/3 cups
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
250 g finely ground Hazelnuts/ 2 1/2 cups
250 ml Milk/ 1 cup
Chocolate Glaze:
200 g Semi-Sweet Chocolate/ 7.2 oz
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp crushed Hazelnuts for garnishing (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C/356°F. Grease and line bottom of a loaf pan (10 cm x 30 cm/ 4 inches x 12 inches).
2. In a large mixing bowl, add in butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Beat on medium high speed until it turns pale and fluffy.
3. Add in flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until everything is well combined. Do not overmix!
4. Add ground hazelnuts and milk. Beat until everything is well incoprated. Do not over mix!
5. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Let cake cool down completely.
7. Make Chocolate Glaze:
In a small heat proof bowl, add in chocolate and oil. Place the mixture in the microwave for only a few seconds and give it a good stir. Continue to heat in the microwave until everything is melted and combined; DON'T OVERHEAT!
Pour Chocolate Glaze over cooled cake and garnish with crushed hazelnuts.

HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE GLAZED POUND CAKE
CAKE:
2/3 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 tbsp. McCormick® Imitation Vanilla Butter & Nut Flavor
2 cups flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. baking soda
BEAT butter, sugar and sour cream in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in Flavor. Gradually beat in flour and baking soda on low speed until well mixed. Pour into greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
BAKE in preheated 325°F oven 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
HAZELNUT GLAZE:
1/2 C WHOLE MILK OR HEAVY CREAM (1TBSP OF MILK REMOVED)
2TBSP LIGHT CORN SYRUP
1TBSP HAZELNUT COFFEE
4 TBSP BUTTER
3TBSP NUTELLA
1C SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
BRING MILK, COFFEE, CORN SYRUP AND BUTTER TO A SIMMER ONCE ALL IS MELTED AND COMBINED POUR WARM MIXTURE OVER CHOCOLATE AND NUTELLA LET SIT FOR 5-7 MIN THEN STIR ABD EVERYTHING WILL BE ALL MELTY ANS WONDERFUL
