1 box family size (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding 1 8oz container sour cream 1 can crushed pineapple in HEAVY SYRUP 1 graham cracker crust Mix the first three ingredients and place in pie shell Chill for 1 hour and garnish with whipped cream

Pineapple Dream Dessert
Ingredients For the graham cracker crest 1 1/2 cups graham crackers crumbs (about 12 graham cracker sheets) 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), melted
For the pineapple cream 8 oz bar cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened 1-2 cups powdered sugar 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained well 8 oz fresh whipped cream or cool whip
Directions Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Spread mixture onto the bottom of a 9 x 9“ baking dish (or something similar in size) to form a crust. Refrigerate while working on the next layer. Combine cream cheese and butter and mix in powdered sugar. Fold in drained pineapple. Fold in whip cream or cool whip. Spread mixture over graham cracker crust and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Fresh whip cream Beat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 1/4 cup powdered sugar with an electric mixer. Start at low speed then increase speed to high and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Do not over mix!
