Today, I will share with you a very creative and IG worthy recipe na ginawa ko nung nag-Eden Almusalo-salo kami in celebration of National Cheese Day.
This is HAM & CHEESE ROLL-UPS na talaga namang very easy to make pero hindi tinipid sa pagmamahal because we’re using my favorite milky and creamy Eden Cheese! ♥️
Ingredients:
8 Pieces Eden Slices
8 Slices white bread8 Slices ham
1/4 Cup Pimiento Strips
3 Pieces eggs (medium), beaten
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 cups cooking oil

Betty's Ham and Cheese Tortilla Rollups
Betty demonstrates how to make Ham & Cheese Tortilla Rollups. These finger food sandwiches are made by layering ham, cheese, and lettuce on a flour tortilla and rolling it up.
Ham & Cheese Tortilla Rollups
fresh 10-inch flour tortillas, as needed
sandwich spread or mayonnaise, as needed
shaved (or very thinly sliced) ham
thinly sliced pliable cheese (I used processed American cheese squares.)
flat lettuce leaves (romaine, iceberg, or bibb, with any hard spines removed)
Spread a flour tortilla thinly with sandwich spread or mayonnaise. Place a thin layer of shaved ham over sandwich spread. Place thin slices of cheese over the top of ham. Place lettuce leaves flatly over the top of cheese. Start at one edge of tortilla and roll up tightly. Trim the resulting log and use toothpicks to secure it. Cut log into 1-inch pieces. Place pieces, spiral side up, on a nice serving plate. Repeat, until you have as many rollups as you want. Delicious and pretty, too! --Betty :)

How to make Deep Fried Ham and Cheese Rolls | Ham and Cheese Bread Rolls
How to make Ham And Cheese Rolls
Ingredients
8 pieces loaf bread
8 pcs sliced of ham
8 pcs sliced of cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
Cooking oil
Procedure
1. Trim edges of the bread. Then flatten bread using rolling pin or a drinking glass.
2. Top flatten bread with slices of ham and cheese. Roll the bread tightly then secure with toothpick.
3. Dip roll in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry bread roll in batches. Fry until golden brown in color. Drain oil with paper towel. Remove toothpick from the bread.
Serve sliced or as a whole.
Enjoy!
