Best Cheese Ball Ever!
Today I am making some of my Thanksgiving appetizers
Cheese Ball
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 8oz block cream cheese room temp
2 jalapenos chopped
2 Tbls chopped fresh parsley
1 2.5 oz of bacon pieces
1 Tbls garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
a dash of Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup of toasted pecans

Ham Cheese Ball - Bonita's Kitchen
Welcome to Bonita's Kitchen!
Today we will be making Ham Cheese Ball, made with a few simple ingredients but so delicious.
Ingredients:
1pk Cream Cheese
1 can Flaked Ham
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder or fresh
1 tbsp Sour cream
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Relish
1 cup Shredded cheese
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 cup Crushed walnuts or nuts of choice
Method:
1. In a medium bowl add top seven ingredients mix together until all combined.
2. Then add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and pinch sea salt, black pepper and paprika continue mixing until combined.
3. Form ham and cheese mixture into two separate ham balls.
4. You will need two pieces of clear wrap and foil wrap, place clear wrap on one piece of foil wrap and put the crushed walnuts and some shredded cheese on each one.
5. Then put the ham and cheese ball over on the two saran wraps, roll the ham and cheese ball back and fort until all walnuts and shredded cheese have equally coated.
6. Place ham and cheese ball in fridge to set over night or for a few hours. ( Ready to serve with crackers or bread)

Classic Cheddar Cheeseball
8 oz softened cream cheese
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
2T mayonnaise
1T worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 cup sliced almonds or pecans, toasted
Combine cheeses, mayo, worcestershire, garlic and cayenne in food processor until smooth. May also use mixer. Shape into ball with plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours. Roll in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers and veggies.
Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball
8 oz softened cream cheese
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
2T mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
3T chopped fresh parsley
3T chopped fresh cilantro or dill
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp onion powder
pinch sugar
6 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
Process cheese through sugar until well combined. Roll into ball and shape with plastic wrap. Chill for 3 hours. Roll in bacon crumbles, serve with crackers and veggies.

Cheesy Country Ham Grit Balls

Ingredients
Canola oil, for frying
1/2 cup diced country ham
2 1/2 cups leftover cooked grits
1 cup grated smoked Gruyere cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Kosher salt
Directions
Fill a large Dutch oven two-thirds full with oil and heat over medium-high heat to 360 degrees F.
Add 2 tablespoons oil to a large heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ham and cook just until browned, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon to a large bowl. Add the grits and cheese to the bowl and stir until combined. Using wet hands, scoop 1/4 cup of the grit mixture, roll it into a ball and place on a platter or large plate. Repeat until all the grit mixture is used.
Whisk together the flour, paprika and cayenne in a shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, add the eggs. Add the panko to another separate shallow bowl. Dip each grit ball into the flour mixture and shake to remove any excess before dipping into the eggs and then into the panko, spinning to coat completely.
Add the grit balls to the Dutch oven in batches, frying until brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove to a sheet pan lined with a wire rack and immediately sprinkle with salt.
