I call this a Miracle Lemon Butter Sauce, perfect over any fish!
This sauce should be called a miracle sauce! It’s so quick to make with few basic ingredients. The taste is out of this world!
In this recipe, I used snapper fish, but you can use any white fish you like, it will be amazing. Try and avoid oily type fish such as salmon, as a butter sauce is already rich.
When making the sauce, mix it over very low heat, do not try to boil it or reheat it. It will break. This sauce is to be consumed immediately. It’s rich, glossy and creamy, and tastes delicious. Make sure you heat up your serving plates quite hot, so your fish can rest without cooling down.
I like to serve it with simple boiled potatoes. You can also use boiled or steamed rice. I love asparagus with this, but most greens will go well. Enjoy my Miracle Lemon Butter Sauce today!

I Found the Best Way to Make Halibut
Halibut is one of my all-time favorite fish. However, there are many ways to prepare it, so I decided to find out which of my favorite sauces goes with one of my favorite fish.
PRINT THE LEMON BUTTER HALIBUT RECIPE AT:
Ingredients for this recipe:
• 2 8-ounce fresh skinless halibut fillets
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 5 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
• ½ peeled and small diced shallot
• 1 finely minced garlic clove
• ¼ cup white wine
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt and pepper to taste
PRINT THE CHIMICHURRI HALIBUT RECIPE AT:
Ingredients for this recipe:
• 2 8-ounce fresh skinless halibut fillets
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
• 1/2 chimichurri sauce recipe
• Salt and pepper to taste
PRINT THE SOY GLAZE HALIBUT AT:
Ingredients for this recipe:
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon peeled and finely grated fresh ginger
• 1 finely minced garlic clove
• 2 8-ounce fresh skinless halibut fillets
• 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
• Sliced green onions for garnish
• salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt, preferably full-fat
2 tbsp jalapeno pepper
1 shallot, peeled and minced
½ tsp saffron threads
2 tbsp lemon juice, or more to taste
2 lb halibut fillet, in 2 or 4 pieces
2 tbsp unsalted butter
½ tbsp spring onion, chopped
Cayenne powder
Salt and ground black pepper
⬇️ How to make Halibut Fillets With Creamy Saffron Sauce ⬇️
0:34 In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt together with salt, pepper, jalapeno pepper, and shallot.
0:45 Rub the saffron between your fingers to crush it, then stir it into the yogurt mixture.
0:50 Let it sit for about 20 minutes (or covered and refrigerated for up to 2 hours).
0:53 Sprinkle the halibut with salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
1:00 Add the butter to a nonstick skillet large enough to hold the halibut and set the heat to medium.
1:03 When the butter melts, add the fish and cook gently, turning once or twice, until a thin-bladed knife meets little resistance when inserted into the thickest part, generally less than 10 minutes.
1:17 Just before serving, add the juice, taste, and adjust the seasoning.
1:19 Serve the fish hot, warm, or at room temperature, with the sauce spooned over it. Enjoy!
