230g ground beef
1 egg
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
paprika
mix well
50g chopped onion
15g green onion
15ml olive oil
Mix well
Tortilla(23cm)
Fold and unfold the tortilla in half
Take some of the meat fillings
Put the filling on the tortilla
Spread the beef on half of the tortilla evenly
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese
Fold the tortilla in half
Tortilla(17cm)
You can also make it with smaller tortillas
Fold than unfold in quarters
Cut the tortilla like this

Spread the oil every in the pan
Fry the tortilla for 5 minutes
Flip and fry for another 5 minutes
The color should be golden brown
Done!

Flip then fry for 8 minutes
Add 1tbsp water in the pan

This Middle-Eastern-inspired recipe, ground beef pita sandwich is delicious and easy to make, using a combination of allspice, cinnamon, paprika, and other spices to season the beef. And to make it even better, we are adding veggies to the mix so you get a complete meal in one. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
• 1 kg Ground Beef
• 1 Red Pepper (Diced)
• 1 cup Red Onion (Chopped)
• 1 cup Carrot (shredded)
• 4 Cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)
• 1/2 cup Parsley (Finely chopped)
• 1 Roma Tomato (Diced)
• 1 tbsp Allspice
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 1 tbsp Ground Paprika
• 2 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1tsp Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
• 1 tsp Nutmeg Grated)
• 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
• 1/2 Milk
• 10-12 Mini pita bread
INSTRUCTIONS
• Mix all the ingredients (except the milk and bread crumbs) in a large bowl.
• Thoroughly combine the milk and bread crumbs and add them to the meat.
• Slice the pita bread in half and stuff the meat inside.
• Cook the pita sandwiches in a large skillet or pot over medium heat with the meat facing down first. Turn the pitas on their sides to cook them through. You may cover the skillet/pot to speed up the cooking process. Use a thermometer to make sure the meat is cooked thoroughly (160°F).
HOMEMADE TZATZIKI SAUCE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup Greek Yogurt
• 1 cup Shredded cucumber (Squeeze out water)
• 1 Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 Garlic Clove (Minced)
• A pinch of Salt
• 1 tbsp Pickled Juice
INSTRUCTIONS
• Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix gently with a flat spatula.

•1 c of Italian Parsely
•1 jalapeño
•1 tbsp roasted garlic paste
•1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
•1 tbsp BBQ seasoning

Today I will make wonderful minced meat pitas for children. I plan to make 30 of them and I will give a detailed recipe.
I use beef to make minced meat pita. It would be better if it had some fatty meat.
2 kilograms of meat will be enough to make 30 pitas.
Half a kilo of beef shirt fat is called this animal fat.
I pass the meat through a fine-mesh meat grinder. The meat is a little frozen and not completely thawed. But it is soft. If you take the meat out of the freezer and put it directly into the machine, your machine will be strained and may break. Be careful about this.
After passing the meat through the machine, I also chop the animal fats in the meat grinder.
You always see this oil in some doner kebab videos and you ask: This is what it looks like after it is chopped in the machine.
Since there is more than 2 kilograms of minced meat here, I take some of it.
After adding some more animal fat, I will prepare the vegetables and add them
700 grams of peeled onion
4 5 garlic cloves
It is an onion chopping machine and I prepare the onions finely chopped in the mixer.
After correcting the onions sticking to the side with a spatula, I mix them again.
I add chopped onions to the minced meat.
2-3 capia peppers, 2-3 green peppers, 2-3 hot peppers, 700 grams of pepper is enough.
After removing the seeds of the peppers, I add them to the chopping machine.
After letting my knives spin for 5-10 seconds, the chopped vegetables are ready.
I add 700 grams of tomatoes to the chopping machine
A spoon of hot pepper paste
I add 30 grams of salt and adjust it to 7 grams of salt per kilogram.
Two spoons of chili pepper, some roasted isot pepper and a spoon of black pepper. A spoon of cumin.
I add some oil sunflower oil
Chopped parsley, I had dried parsley and added them.
Preparing the filling for minced meat pita. Okay, now I will make pita dough.
It will be enough to use 2 kilograms of flour to make 30 pitas.
I sift 2 kilograms of wheat flour and pour it on the counter.
I will use 1200 grams of warm water, 40 grams of fresh yeast, 20 grams of salt and 10 grams of sugar. A little grape vinegar to make it crispy.
I create a pool by opening the middle of the flour with my hand.
I added two spoons of grape vinegar
I also added 40 grams of fresh yeast, salt and sugar.
I add warm water
Now I will knead the dough slowly from the middle of the pool to the edges.
Now I need to divide the dough into 30 equal parts
I first divide it by 2, then 4, and then divide it into 8.16 and 32 parts.
I divide the extra 2 pieces of dough into small pieces and share them with the other dough.
Dough is approximately 105 grams, 30 pieces. I make rolled dough.
After rolling the dough on the table like this, I leave it aside.
whole wheat flour
After sprinkling some whole wheat flour on the tray, I place the rolled dough on the tray.
I sprinkle a little whole wheat flour on the dough and cover it with a tray.
I let the dough rest for 45 minutes to an hour and it is fermented.
I will bake the pitas in 1 kilogram aluminum trays and sprinkle some flour on these trays.
I shape the dough by adding flour using a rolling pin.
I get rid of the excess flour on the dough by beating the dough with my hand.
I rolled out 30 pieces of dough and placed them on the trays and now I will add the minced meat mixture.
I press the minced meat mixture onto the dough with both hands.
I will bake the pitas in a heated oven.
Baking at 190 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes may be sufficient,
Our goal is to obtain pitas that are crispy on the bottom and juicy on the top.

Note:
1. You can either chop the vegetables manually or use a chopper. Pulse it few times only, we do not need a paste.
2. In this video I am showing how to cook in a tawa. You can grill it at 200C for 15 minutes.
