In this easy cooking video, I cook a beef London Broil, or top round steak, on my little Weber Q1200 portable propane gas grill. First, I marinated the steak in a marinade consisting of Italian dressing, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce for 2 hours. Then I grilled it on high until the internal temperature of the steak reached about 135 degrees F. The cooking time was 5 minutes on the first side, and 4 minutes on the second side, but it will vary according to how hot your grill is, and how you like your steak cooked. Easy and Juicy London Broil on Grill
Easy and simple recipe to Grill London Broil cut. For 1 (about 2-pound) London Broil, 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons ketchup 3 cloves minced garlic 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme after marinade and before grilling coat with 1 1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika
Grill about 450 F to 500 F - 10 to 15 min per side to desired internal temperature. I like medium rare 130-135 F. Leave it to rest for 10-15 min.
