21 1/2 oz Pkg Pillsbury Fudge Brownie
-Mix 1/2 c Water
1/2 c Oil
1 Egg
FILLING: 1/2 c Margarine or butter
Softened 3 oz Pkg cream cheese :
softened
2 1/2 c Powdered sugar
3 tb Creme de menthe syrup
FROSTING: 6 oz Pk semisweet chocolate chips
1 Cup
1/3 c Margarine
Heat oven to 350...Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl,combine all brownie ingredients; Spread in greased pan... Bake for 33 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool completely. In medium bowl, beat 1/2 cup margarine and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add remaining filling ingredients; beat until smooth.Spread evenly over cooled brownies. In small saucepan, melt frosting ingredients over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes...Pour frosting evenly over filling,spread carefully to cover. Apologies for the lack of uploads everyone, starting university as took over a lot of my time, but hopefully I'll still get some great bakes for you to enjoy on this channel.

So todays bake is a Chocolate & Mint Tart with a Oreo cookie base. The tart is smooth and indulgent with mint flavoured chocolate, with a few hazelnuts for added crunch. This bake looks really good too and a good one to bring to table and dive in. Yum!

This bake can do around 8-10 slices of chocolate tart
Ingredients:
• 350g Chocolate Oreo cookies
• 300g Quality dark mint Chocolate
• 70-100g Unsalted butter - see how loose your biscuits are when mixing with butter
• 30g Unsalted butter - separate from previous
• 50g Caster Sugar
• 50g Hazelnuts
• 300ml Double Cream
• One cap Peppermint extract

• 8-8 Inch Loose-bottom Cake Tin - cling filmed and greaseproof on base.

These Mint Brownies have three delicious layers. First, a supreme brownie on bottom. Then a fluffy, green mint layer that’s full of flavor and color. How To Bake A Arizona Sunshine Lemon Pie
Ingredients:
1 Lemon
4 Eggs
8 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 Teaspoon pure vanilla
1½ Cups sugar
1 Piecrust (unbaked)
Step 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Cut lemon in small chunks leaving rind on & remove seeds.
Step 3. In a blender or food processor, blend together lemon chunks, eggs, vanilla, sugar & butter until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Step 4. Pour filling into unbaked piecrust.
Step 5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Step 6. Remove from oven and let cool.
(Optional) Garnish each pie slice with a lemon wedge & Whipped Cream!.

Slutty Brownie Cake | Delish

INGREDIENTS
Cooking spray, for pan
1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on box
2 tubes chocolate chip cookie dough
1 c. butter, softened
5 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/3 c. crushed Oreos, plus more for garnish
14 oreos
Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line two 8” baking pans with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
2. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and pour batter into one prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownie comes out with only a few moist crumbs, about 30 minutes. Let cool completely.
3. Press cookie dough into an even layer in the other prepared baking pan. Bake until golden, about 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
4. Make frosting: In a large bowl, combine butter and about half the powdered sugar. Using a hand mixer, beat until mixture is smooth.
Add remaining powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and beat until smooth. Fold in crushed Oreos.
5. Place the chocolate chip cookie layer on a serving plater. Spread a thin layer of frosting on top, then top with whole Oreos. Spread more frosting on the Oreos, then top with the brownie layer and spread the remaining frosting on top. Garnish with more crushed Oreos and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
