Grape Muffins
Grape Muffins with Lemon Zest
Great for breakfast or a snack!
Ingredients:
1 cup grapes
1 cup non-dairy milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/4 cup & 2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Bake at 190°C for 20-25 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
Serve and enjoy!
Yield: 12 muffins

How to make Grape Muffins? without adding any sugar!
Grape Muffins Recipe:
1/2 cup grape's pulp leftover from juicer ( you can also puree grapes with food processor for this recipe)
2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/6 teaspoon baking soda
1/6 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large eggs
1 TBS Honey (if you are using a juice pulp that is not as sweet as grapes or your grapes are sour you can add 1/4 cup brown sugar and if you like more sweet muffins you can add extra 1/6 cup white sugar)
Baking time: about 20 min in a preheated 350 degrees F oven.

Blueberry and blue grape muffins
Ingredients
4 cups of whole-grain wheat flour
1 cup of pure honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup of blueberries
12 grapes
4 eggs
12 tbs of pure olive oil
2 cups of water
Preparation
- Mix the whole wheat flour, water, olive oil, honey and eggs in a bowl
- Add the blueberries and mix them with the dough
- Grease a muffin baking tray with olive oil or alternatively use cups cake shapes.
- Poor or scoop the dough in the (12 item) muffin baking tray
- Immerse one grape in the dough of each of the muffin shapes
- Bake the muffins in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes

Ingredients for grape muffin recipe
2 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine melted
1 & 1/2 cup Thomcord seedless grapes.

Procedure :
1.Preheat oven to 375*F
2.Combine flour,sugar and baking powder. Make a well in the center
3.Add milk, eggs, butter and vanilla.
4.Whisk the ingredients. Lightly fold the grapes.
5.Grease the muffin tin properly
6.Bake 25 mins or until golden brown on top, cool in pan.
Delicious grape muffins are ready to eat .
