How To make Grammy's Enchiladas
12 corn tortillas
4 oz chopped olives
28 oz enchilada sauce
8 oz tomato sauce
1 onion -- chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 lb cheddar cheese
Brown onion and beef together; drain fat. Add olives. While cooking meat, pour sauces into lg. pan and heat well. Dip 1 tortilla into sauce, fill w/ meat and cheese, roll up, and lay folded side down in baking pan. Cont. w/ all tortillas. Sprinkle top w/ leftover meat and cheese and sauce. Bake covered in 350* oven for 30-40 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.

Ingredients
8 flour torillas for burritos your choice
1 pound hamburg
1 can 10 oz enchilada sauce your choice
1 jar of black bean-corn salsa
2 cups of 4 Mexican cheese

Heat oven to 350
spray a 13x9 baking dish
fold the the four torillas one side to other
Cook beef
once cooked
put in large bowl
beef
add 1/4 cup enchilada sauce
1 jar of black bean/corn salsa
1 cup of cheese

Then fill the middle of torillas
then top the rest of enchilada sauce
and the 1 cup of cheese on top...

Bake at 350 for 40 -45 minutes until bubbly
