How To make Gordon's Marinated Chicken
2 1/4 lb Boneless Chicken breast, cut
Into 1 inch cubes 1/2 c Gordon's London Dry Gin
4 Limes (Juice of)
1/2 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cl Garlic, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste 7/8 c Leeks, sliced
1 c Tomatoes, chopped
3/16 c Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1/8 lb Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
Tabasco to taste 1. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. pour Gin, fresh Lime juice, Olive Oil,
salt & pepper. marinate over night. 2. Place chicken on skewers. Recipe yields 30-40 pieces.
3. In a flat large fry pan, add a little oil and fry chicken until
slightly brown. Add marinate and remaining ingredients and finish cooking chicken. Add a dash of tabasco. 4. serve immediately, garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.

Ingredients For Gordon Ramsay Chicken Thigh-
- 6 portions Chicken Thighs
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Ginger(grated or chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Saseame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Red Chilly (hollowed)
- 1 teaspoon Szechuan Peppercorn
- 2 tablespoon Orange Zest
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Pepper
- 1 cup Parsley(chopped)
- 1 sprig Spring Onions
Steps To Make Gordon Ramsay Chicken Thigh-
1. Marinate the chicken thighs with rice vinegar, Shaoxing wine, orange zest water, and other condiments. Leave it aside for 2 hours.
2. In a large skillet, add olive oil, chopped garlic, a tablespoon of ginger, small pods of red chilly, in a hot pan. Fry until it is soft and smooth.
3. Once the veggies are sauteed, add the marinated chicken along with the marinade. Then throw in a pinch of sugar. Fry the chicken till it gets brown and the sauce is thick.
4. When the chicken is fried, garnish it with chopped green onions, soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil.
