Gooey Chocolate Cake Recipe by Food Fusion

Ingredients:
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 150g
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ¼ Cup
-Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature)
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) warm ¼ Cup
-Icing sugar
Directions:
-Grease the base of 7-inch springform pan with butter,dust all-purpose flour & remove excess.
-In a bowl,add butter & microwave for 40-50 seconds & set aside.
-In another bowl place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,pink salt & sift well.
-Add whisked eggs,melted butter,vanilla essence,caster sugar & whisk well.
-Add warm milk & whisk well until smooth.
-Pour prepared cake batter on springform pan & spread evenly.
-Bake in preheated oven at 165°C for 25 minutes (on lower grill with fan on).
-Let it cool.
-Sprinkle icing sugar & serve!

-Alag bowl mein sifter rakh dein,maida,cocoa powder aur pink salt dal ker sift ker lein.
-Whisked anday,melted makhan,vanilla essence aur bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Warm doodh dal dein aur smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Tayyar cake batter ko springform pan mein dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Preheated oven mein 165C per 25 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on lower grill with fan on).
-Thanda ker lein.
-Icing sugar dal ker serve karein!

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars
Ingredients:
• 1box (15.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Cake Mix French Vanilla
• 1/2cup (1 stick) butter, melted
• 3eggs
• 8ounces cream cheese
• 1pound bag (about 3-3/4 cups) powdered sugar
• 1teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg until a soft dough forms. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
Mix together the cream cheese, 2 eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the cake mix layer.
• Bake bars for 45 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and the center has set to a soft consistency.
Cool COMPLETELY before slicing into bars and serving.
