How To make German Style Barbecued Spareribs
2 T Butter
1/4 c Finely chopped onion
2 T Dark brown sugar
1/8 t Pepper
1/2 t Salt
2 T Prepared mustard
1/2 c Catsup
3 c Sauerkraut, drained
1 lg Apple, pared, cored & choppd
2 t Carraway seeds
3 lb Spareribs, cut into ribs
1. In a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl, heat butter in
Microwave Oven 30 seconds. 2. Add onion, brown sugar, pepper, salt, mustard, and catsup. 3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes. 4. In a 3-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, place sauerkraut, apple and carraway seeds. Stir to combine thoroughly. 5. Dip each sparerib into sauce and place on top of sauerkraut. Pour remaining barbecue sauce over the top. Heat, covered in Microwave Oven 15 to 18 minutes. Pork should always be cooked to well-done.

- 3-4 lb country style ribs
- Your favorite rib rub or bbq seasoning blend
- Your favorite bbq sauce
- Your favorite dark soda or apple juice.
Country Style Ribs in the Instant Pot are quick and easy because you just dump in all the ingredients, set the time, and walk away! There's no searing required and while I DO like to baste with extra bbq sauce and broil or air fry them after pressure cooking, It certainly isn't required.

Rippchen in einer wunderbaren Marinade, eingelegte Zwiebeln und in Fleischsäften getränkter Kohl, ein solches Abendessen wird alle Fleischliebhaber beeindrucken. Und knusprige Kartoffeln sind eine großartige Ergänzung zu Schweinerippchen mit Kohl. Kochen Sie mit Liebe! Kochen Sie mit Freude!
Zutaten und Zubereitung:
1,5 kg Schweinerippchen (Sie können auch Rinder- oder Lammrippchen verwenden)
4 große Zwiebeln
1 Teelöffel Pfefferkornmischung
1 ½ Teelöffel Koriander (oder gemahlenen Koriander verwenden)
2 Teelöffel Salz
1 ½ Esslöffel Worcestershire-Sauce (kann durch Balsamico-Essig ersetzt werden)
2 Esslöffel Mayonnaise
2 Esslöffel Olivenöl
2 Stunden marinieren lassen (Rinder- und Lammrippchen 5-8 Stunden)
Kohl
Die Kohlblätter schälen
Backblech
Olivenöl
Die Kohlblätter in zwei Lagen auslegen
Etwas Salz
Basilikum
Geräucherter Paprika (oder andere Gewürze Ihrer Wahl)
Bei 200 Grad 60-80 Minuten backen
Tipp: Wenn die Rippchen anfangen zu brennen, mit Folie abdecken
5 Kartoffeln
1 Teelöffel Salz
1 Teelöffel Speisesoda
3 Zweige Rosmarin
80 ml Olivenöl
3-4 Knoblauchzehen
Bei 200-220 Grad backen, bis sich eine Kruste bildet (10-20 Minuten je nach Temperatur)
Die Kartoffeln bei 220 C fertig backen, bis sie eine Kruste bilden (5 Minuten)
Petersilie
