Vegan mayo / spread
1 tomato (you can used other vegetables such as lettuce)
1/2 red onion
Garlic powder
Nature’s seasoning (you can use salt and black pepper to season or other seasoning of choice).

This chickpea chicken sandwich is out of this world!! I love making Chickun using chickpeas but making this pounded buttermilk chicken on a vegan butter milk maple butter biscuit made was awesome! I had these biscuits for days after because OMG they are so good.

Filling Vegan Chickpea Sandwich recipe

Serve this tasty sandwich spread on some wholesome bread and fill up your tummy the healthy way. To make this at home, just follow our simple recipe guide.

Recipe Name: Vegan Chickpea Sandwich

Ingredients:
• 1 Can Organic Chickpeas:
• ¼ C Organic Cucumber Pickles:
• ¼ C Organic Red Onion:
• 2 Tbs Organic Vegan Mayonnaise:
• 2 ½ tsp Organic Stone Ground Mustard
• 2tsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar:
• ¼ tsp Organic Sea Salt:
• 2 tsp Organic Dill Weed:
• 8-10 grinds of Organic Black Pepper:

For the Sandwich:
• Organic Bread:
• Organic Sprouts:
• Organic Shredded Carrots:
• Organic Kale:
• Organic Tomatoes:

DIRECTIONS:
1. Using a masher, rough-mash the chickpeas until most is smashed but there are still some whole chickpeas left. Add the pickles, onion, mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, dill and black pepper. Mix well. Taste for seasoning adjustment.
2. Spread between sandwich bread, add veggies and serve immediately.
