How To make Funnel Cakes (Lc)
3 ea Eggs
1 t Vanilla
2 c Milk
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
3 c Flour
1/4 c Sugar
Mix together the eggs, milk, and vanilla. Sift together the flour, salt sugar and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to milk mixture. Stir to mix well. Heat oil to 370 degrees (be sure it is hot or the cakes will absorb to much oil). Pour batter from a small pitcher, making loops and crossing over batter. Fry up to minutes - turn and brown well. Drain on paper toweling. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes about ten cakes.

Today let's see how to make Funnel Cake which is made during carnivals. It's a simple dessert recipe made with a just a funnel and a simple sweet batter. It can be topped with some ice creams or just sprinkle some cinnamon sugar and have.
►Ingredients
Egg - 1
All-Purpose Flour - 3/4 cup
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Salt
►Method
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour it into a funnel.
2. Through the funnel pour it into hot oil and fry it.

Homemade Funnel Cakes | Sugar Free Funnel Cakes | Fair Food Funnel Cakes
I love funnel cake at the fair, BUT they are made with sugar and topped with sugar. So, I had to come up with my own recipe, because I'm sugar alternative. I hope you check out this recipe, especially if you are Sugar Free/Alternative.
Here's the recipe:
Fry Oil, Canola or Peanut oil
Heavy bottomed pan, like cast iron
Funnel
Batter:
1c Flour, sifted
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Coconut sugar, or white sugar
1/2c Milk
2 tbsp Water
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1. Heat oil. Sift flour and combine all batter ingredients.
2. Use the technique I show you in the video to create the funnel cake.
3. Cook until nice and golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
4. Serve hot topped with powdered sugar or my homemade cherry pie filling.

3/4 cup – zero carb, unflavored protein powder
3/4 tsp – baking soda
1/2 tsp – salt
1/2 tsp – xanthan gum
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 large egg whites
1/4 cup – sparkling water
Liquid sugar substitute equal to 2 Tbs regular sugar
Oil for frying
Topping:
Confectioners sugar substitute
Recipe makes 2 cakes
Each cake (recipe divided by 2)
