Mint Brownie Recipe
I have had this recipe forever in my binder so I decided to make them for Deric and a congrats on his big promotion. They were good. I would just make them in a much bigger pan or cookie sheet. They are sweet and I think having them not so thick would've been better. Enjoy!
Mint Chocolate Brownies Tutorial
This week's tutorial is on a flavoursome chocolate brownie infused with fresh mint... because who doesn't love mint chocolate? A super quick and fun recipe with some fabulously tasty results. You can experiment with loads of different flavours in this recipe, add chopped pieces of your favourite nut or citrus zest (orange chocolate brownies are also a winner!). I made these for my dad for Father's Day and it reminded me that to gift something handmade AND EDIBLE is one of the best gifts of all! So next time you bake, have that special person in mind and remind them just how much you love them.

Mint Brownies
These Mint Brownies have three delicious layers. First, a supreme brownie on bottom. Then a fluffy, green mint layer that’s full of flavor and color. Last, but definitely not least, a chocolate layer on top made with chocolate chips, butter and a little whipping cream. #mint #brownies #chocolatesyrup #chocolate #stpatricksday #dessertideas #dessert
