▶Ingredients (for 14-16 truffles)
Roasted almonds 100 g (1 cup)
Coconut powder 10 g (1 tbsp)
Dates (Weight without seeds) 70 g (10-12 dates)
Honey 20-30 g (1-2 tbsp)
Milk chocolate 70 g (1/2 cup)
(Melt by Ben Marie method or in the microwave)
Chopped walnuts 10 g (1 and 1/2 tbsp)
▶Refrigerate the truffles for 10 minutes.

CHOC Chick- Healthy Raw Chocolate Truffles
CHOC Chick's Super Healthy Raw Chocolate Truffles (vegan and free from dairy, gluten, soya, additives and guilt!)
Ingredients:
6tbsp CHOC Chick Organic Cacao Powder
3-4tbsp Sweet Freedom
100g pecan nuts
100g walnuts
12 pitted dates soaked in warm water
2-3tbsp desiccated coconut
· Extra desiccated coconut, ground almonds and/or cacao powder to roll the truffles in.
Whizz up the pecans, walnuts, dates, coconut and Sweet Freedom together in a food processor and blend to a crunchy paste consistency (add each ingredient in stages with a bit of the warm water to help mix). Transfer to a bowl and add the cacao powder mixing well with a little more of the warm water. Once mixed well and you have a smoother chocolaty consistency, roll spoonful's of the mix into round balls and roll in the desiccated coconut/ground almonds/cacao powder. Place in the fridge for around half an hour and enjoy!
