Super moist Fruit Cake Recipe for Christmas /Simple and Easy Boiled Fruit Cake Recipe
Super moist fruit cake Complete Written Recipe:
This fruit cake is a simpler and easier version of making a traditional fruit cake or old-fashioned fruit cake.
In this Easy fruit cake recipe we don't need any soaking of dry fruits; but still the raisins,candied peels,cranberries and other dried fruits will be juicy and plumpy as they are boiled in liquid and then added into the cake batter.
This video will show you one of the least messy ways that we can make a fruit cake.We don't need any stand mixer/hand mixer to make this cake.A sauce pan and a wooden spoon are the only major tools to make this fruit cake.
In two steps we can make this super moist fruit cake batter.
Step1:
Boil the dry fruits in a sauce pan with butter sugar and water.
Step2:
Add all the rest of ingredients into this saucepan after its cooled.
Step3:
Bake the fruit cake @ 320 F for 75-90 minutes.
The cake is so soft and moist and the aroma of spices makes this fruit cake, more flavorful.
This fruit cake recipe is one of my favorite recipes to make moist fruit cake.

The fruit cake recipe

The sponge cake (18cm pan)
3 eggs
80g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
90g cake flour
25g milk
25g butter
Frosting
90g mascarpone
450g cold whipping cream
40g powdered sugar
After icing the cake, please let it set in the fridge for a while before decorating with fresh fruits on sides and on top.

12月到了,最爱的圣诞佳节快到了,今天来做快速经典圣诞水果蛋糕。这个食谱有无限可能性,内馅超多,大家可根据自己喜好加于调整增减。可选含/不含酒精做法,各种果干,西梅,糖樱桃,糖柑橘皮可以选用全酒精/全果汁来浸泡熬煮至膨胀软化,味道浓缩。好的水果蛋糕面糊是很浓稠,湿润,所以需要低温慢烤来得到最佳口感和口味。烤好用酒精/果糖水来喂抹蛋糕,放置隔夜完全入味。切开来味道香甜浓郁,五颜六色的内部结构,密密麻麻的果干馅料。
收藏方式:凉透,盖保鲜膜,放置室温/普通冰箱隔夜再吃口味更佳。收冰箱1到2个星期左右。喂酒精的蛋糕可存留一个月左右。
December is here, my favorite Christmas season is approaching. Today, let’s make a quick classic Christmas Fruit Cake. This recipe has endless possibilities, packed with fillings, so you can add and adjust according to your own preferences. You can choose to use alcohol or non-alcohol methods. Variety of dried fruits, prunes, candied cherries and candied orange peels can be soaked and boiled with full alcohol/full juice until they are plumped, soften and packed with flavors. A good fruit cake batter is very thick and moist, so it needs to be baked slowly at low temperature to get the best taste and texture. After baking, use alcohol/fruit syrup to feed the cake and leave overnight for flavors to blend completely. Once cut, sweet rich flavors coming out, colorful interior texture, densely packed with dried fruits and nuts fillings.
Storage Method: cool thoroughly, cover with plastic wrap, store at room temperature/normal fridge overnight, eat next day for better flavor. Keep in fridge for about 1 to 2 weeks. Cakes fed with alcohol can last for about a month.

(上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)
(杯子蛋糕 - 预热烤箱160C: 45分钟)
(预热烤箱160C: 2小时20分钟 - 2小时30分钟。55-60分钟后,盖铝箔纸防止顶部烧焦)
=橙糖水=(可用酒精取代)

30克 棕糖

105g Candied Red & Green Cherries, candied orange peel
180g Fresh Orange Juice
75g Rum/Brandy/Red Wine
15g Fresh Orange Zest
1g Ground Cinnamon
0.5g Ground Nutmeg
=Cake=
150g Unsalted Butter
133g Brown Sugar
2 Large Eggs
200g All Purpose Flour
50g Ground Almond
3.5g Baking Powder
2g Salt
75g Fresh Orange Juice/Alcohol
40g Almond Slices
50g Walnuts
10g Flour, Coat to prevent sinking
(Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
(Cupcakes - Preheated Oven 160C: 45minutes)
(Preheated Oven 160C: 2hr 20min - 2hr 30min. After 55-60minutes, cover with aluminum foil to prevent top burning)
=Orange Syrup= (Can be substituted with Alcohol)
60g Fresh Orange Juice
30g Brown Sugar

딸기와 잘 어울리는 색감의 사랑스러운 느낌이 가득한 딸기 생크림 케이크를 만들었어요~
체에 거른 딸기잼을 넣고 휘핑한 생크림으로 아이싱을 했는데 크림이 정말 맛있었어요!^^
중간에 작게 자른 딸기를 듬뿍 넣고 위에 장식할 때도 사용했는데 작게 들어있어 시트와 크림과 함께 먹기 좋더라구요~
묽게 휘핑한 생크림을 흘려 장식해봤는데 아이싱한 크림과 같은 생크림이라서 생크림 맛을 훨씬 더 풍성하게 느낄 수 있었어요~^^
맛도 사랑스럽고 비주얼도 사랑스러운 정말 맛있는 케이크랍니다~

▶재료
달걀 140g
설탕 100g
물엿 10g
바닐라 익스트랙 2g
박력분 90g
녹인 무염버터 25g
우유 40g
휘핑한 딸기 생크림 (생크림 300g + 딸기잼 100g + 레드 식용색소 조금)
60~70% 정도 휘핑한 장식용 생크림 (생크림 60g + 설탕 6g)
▶레시피
1. 뜨거운 물이 담긴 냄비에 달걀, 설탕, 물엿이 담긴 볼을 올리고 저으며 온도를 40도까지 올린 뒤 냄비에서 내리고
바닐라 익스트랙을 넣고 핸드믹서로 풍성한 아이보리색의 거품이날 때까지 휘핑한다.
2. 박력분을 체 쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 반죽을 녹인 버터와 우유에(50~60도) 조금 넣고 섞는다.
3. 섞은 반죽을 본 반죽에 넣고 섞은 뒤 오븐 팬에 붓고 기포를 제거하고 180도 예열된 오븐에서 30분 정도 굽는다.
식히고 윗면을 잘라내고 3장으로 자른 뒤 15cm 틀로 찍어 준비한다.
4. 돌림판에 시트를 올리고 체에 걸러 씨를 제거한 딸기잼을 넣고 휘핑한 생크림을 바르고 딸기를 올리고 크림을 바른다. 1번 더 반복한다.
5. 마지막 시트를 올리고 전체적으로 크림을 발라 아이싱 한다.
6. 60~70% 정도 묽게 휘핑한 생크림을 흘린 뒤 딸기와 애플민트로 장식한다.
▶Ingredients

25g Melted unsalted butter
40g Milk
Whipped strawberry cream (300g whipping cream + 100g strawberry jam + Red food coloring a little)
Decorative whipped cream_about 60~70% whipped (60g whipping cream + 6g sugar)
