Let’s make Healthy Brownies with festive decorations for the holiday season???????? This Christmas Brownie Recipe is a must try this Christmas!???? Aren’t these the cutest brownies ever????? The recipe is gluten-free & lactose-free and easy to make! I made the brownie batter in a blender, but if you don’t have a blender, you can of course mash the bananas with a fork and mix everything together in a bowl????
For the healthy brownies: 2 bananas 2 eggs 1/4 cup peanut butter (60 ml) (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts) 1/3 cup unsweetened cacao powder (80 ml) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon
For the chocolate frosting 50 g / 1.8 oz. dark chocolate, melted (I used 80% dark chocolate) 1/4 cup coconut milk, the thick part (60 ml)
For the white vanilla frosting: 5 oz (lactose-free) light cream cheese (150 g) 3 tablespoons (lactose-free) Greek yoghurt 1 teaspoon stevia (or more maple syrup) 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions: 1. Put all the ingredients for the brownies into a blender and mix until smooth 2. Pour into a small greased cake tin (I also lined the bottom of the springform cake tin with parchment paper). Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 15-18 minutes 3. Meanwhile the brownies are cooling down make the frostings. Start by melting the chocolate in the microwave. Add the coconut milk and stir until combined (if it seems too runny, let it set in the fridge for about 15-30 minutes) 4. Mix the ingredients for the white frosting together. If you also want to make a green frosting, divide the white frosting into two bowls. Add a pinch of matcha powder to one of the bowls and stir until smooth (you could also use green food coloring if you like) 5. Cut the brownies into pieces and decorate them as you wish. Instructions in the video on how I decorated my brownies:)

Ingredients 18 oz box brownie mix plus ingredients on box 16 oz can white frosting Blue and green liquid food coloring Decorative sprinkles and nonpareils Small star sprinkles Candy canes or pretzel sticks
Instructions Mix and bake brownies in a square pan according to the instructions on the back of the box. Allow them to completely cool about five minutes in the pan then lift out with foil handles. Allow to cool completely. Remove brownies from the foil and cut into triangles. We cut out paper triangles measuring 2.5 inches wide at the base and 2.5 inches tall. Snap the candy canes into 1.5 long pieces, or you can use pretzel sticks. If you do use pretzels, use two side by side since they are small. Press the broken end of the candy cane into the bottom of the brownie triangles. Separate the frosting into three separate bowls. Tint two of the bowls of frosting with food coloring (blue and green). Fill sandwich sized zipper bags with each color of frosting. Seal and snip off the corner of each bag to make a piping hole. Decorate the brownies with the colored frostings and various sprinkles and stars.
Notes It's best to line your baking pan with aluminum foil then spray it with cooking spray. Allow excess foil to hang over the edges of the pan. This will give you handles to lift the brownies out with. If your brownies are sticky, run the knife blade under hot tape water in between each cut. If you are still having trouble, refrigerate the brownies for a few hours to make them easier to cut.
