16 oz Lite peaches; sliced
20 oz Pineapple tidbits
3 Maraschino cherries; 6 oz
Drained 7 1/2 c Sugar
2 pk Golden butter cake mixes
2 pk Instant vanilla pudding mix
8 Eggs
1 1/3 c Oil
2 c Raisins; optional
2 c Walnuts; optional
2 c Pecans; optional
2 c Coconut; optional

Use plastic or wooden utensils! Never Metal for this recipe!
Starter:
Mix together:
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
2 TBS warm water
Let sit for about 10 minutes until bubbles form on the top.
Mix together:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
Add the yeast and stir. Leave out on your counter or somewhere where you will remember to do the rest of the steps. Do not store in refrigerator!!
Day 1: The day you make the starter. If you already have the starter do nothing but consider it day 1.
Day 2: Do nothing!
Day 3: Stir
Day 4: Do nothing!
Day 5: Do nothing!
Day 6: Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk. Stir.
Day 7: Do nothing!
Day 8: Stir
Day 9: Do nothing!
Day 10: Baking day!!
Separate the mixture into 3 bowls. You should have approximately 1 cup in each bowl.
Set two of them aside to either use for your next batches of bread or give to a friend with the recipe!!
In a large bowl combine:
One of the cups of starter
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Stir these ingredients together and set aside.
In a smaller bowl combine dry ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 TBS cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Two packages of 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding (or 1 large package)
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in thirds, mixing between additions.
Grease 2 large loaf pans. Split the batter between the two pans and sprinkle the top with a mixture of 1 TBS sugar and a few shakes of cinnamon.
Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour. (I start checking at 50 minutes. When a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean the bread is done!)

Hi everyone, this time I make mini cakes with chocolate cake and vanilla butter cream. This recipe is easy to make so I hope you give it a try and enjoy a video. The Recipe:
*** Chocolate cake (pansize: 22 x 36cm)
130g all purpose flour
35g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp coffee powder
100g brown/ white sugar
1 egg
80g milk (room temperature)
30g melted butter (or vegetable oil)
90g hot water
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp vinegar

350g room teperature butter
powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
70g heavy cream

How To make easy Lunchbox Cake // Recipe:
For the sponge cake:
2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
60g caster sugar
50g plain flour
10g cocoa powder
10g unsalted butter
20ml milk
For the cream cheese buttercream:
200g cream cheese
50g caster sugar
200ml whipping cream
1. In a large heatproof bowl, add eggs, egg yolk and sugar. Place over a pot of hot water, whisking until the mixure is warm to touch. Remove from the hot water and continue whisking on high speed until the mixture turns pale and tripled in volume.
2. Sift in the plain flour and cocoa powder. Fold until well mixed and no visible lumps.
3. Warm the milk and butter in the microwave until the butter has melted. Pour into the cake batter and fold.
4. Spread the batter onto a lined baking sheet (approx. 20cm x 30cm). Bake at 180C for 12 mins. Set aside to cool.
5. Flip the cake upside down and remove the baking paper. Using a 9cm pastry cutter, cut into 6 circles.
6. Mix cream cheese and sugar until soft. Whisk on medium and gradually pour in the whipping cream. Continue whipping until the mixture becomes stiff.
7. Divide the buttercream, add colouring and into piping bags as needed.
8. Spread a small spoon of buttercream onto the centre of the turntable. Place a cake circle on top. Using a pastry brush dab sugar syrup until moist. Spread buttercream on top and repeat with 2 more cake circles to make a 3 layer cake.
9. Create the crumb coat by spreading a thin layer of buttercream on the top and sides. Chill for 30 mins for the crumb coat to set.
10. Cover the cake with more buttercream, smoothing out the top and sides. Decorate as desired.
11. Cut a 25cm x 25cm square of baking paper and line a 6inch lunch box. Using a palette knife, carefully lift the cake from the turntable and place into the lunch box.
