How To make Fresh Fruit Pizza
1 Milk Pizza dough
1/3 Cup Raisins
6 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Flour
6 Tablespoons Milk
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Grated lemon rind
2 Golden or Red Delicious Apples, cored
sliced 2 Bosc pears, cored :
sliced
6 Tablespoons Pine nuts
Make pizza dough. Preheat oven to 450F. If using a baking stone or tiles, place in the oven now. In a small bowl soak the raisins in water to cover for 30 minutes.
In a mixing bowl vigorously stir the sugar and flour into the milks until fully dissolved. Add the eggs and whisk until well blended and a thick cream forms. Stir in the lemon rind.
Roll out the pizza dough and cover with the apple and pear slices, alternating them and arranging them in attractive patterns. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top. Drain the raisins; scatter them and the pine nuts on top. Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. reduce the oven temperature to 400F and bake until the crust is golden, about 10 minutes.
Serve immediately

This is a beautiful show stopper! Fresh fruit layered on cream cheese on top of a sugar cookie! Everyone loves it!
Homemade sugar cookie dough
OR Pillsbury refrigerated cookie dough
1/2 C sugar
6 Tbsp butter- part shortening
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Pat dough onto a pizza pan or cookie sheet
Bake 350° for 10-12 minutes
Cool Completely
Cream 6-8 oz cream cheese and 1/3 C sugar and splash of vanilla. Spread on cooled crust.
Wash and slice your favorite seasonal fruit and decorate or pile it on like a pizza. I like the pretty artwork. Make sure the fruit is well drained and patted dry so that the crust doesn't get soggy. Decorate pizza the day before or day of. Store in fridge. Enjoy!!

It makes for such a bright and cheery end to a special Spring dinner! This fruit pizza gets made often in my house, usually around the beginning of Spring when we are all so excited about the promise of warm weather. It’s so colorful and eye-catching that it could totally be a centerpiece!
Use your favorite fruits but remember this really does taste like a cheesecake so steer clear of fruits that you wouldn’t want topped on a cheesecake. I never use apples, banana, or oranges (personal preference) but let your imagination run wild with whatever you love!
