Method :
Take a mixer jar, add 100 grm chopped dryfruits (walnuts & almonds) churn it and make a fine powder.
Take a mixing bowl, add 100 gm biscuit powder(try any biscuit as per your choice) and nut powder in it.
Add 1.5 tbs condensed milk(sugar syrup/mixture of 1 tbs butter & 1 tbs powder sugar is optional) and mix it well with hands.
(Consistency of the mixture should be same as paratha dough)
Further take a bowl, add 120 gm chopped dark/white/milk chocolate compound in it and melt this chocolate in oven/on stove(with double boiler process).
Stir well the melted chocolate, take a silicon round shape/any other mould and brush some chocolate in each cavity covering only the base and sides of it.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 5 mins to semi set.
Then take this mould out of the refrigerator and repeat the procedure by coating more chocolate on walls of the mould.
Keep it in the refrigerator again to set the chocolate.
Further remove the mould from the refrigerator, take some nut mixture, press with hands and make small cavity shape of it.
Place it on the chocolate pressing gently.
Now fill 1/2 tsp caramel sauce(ganache/chocolate spread/jam - optional) on each chocolate.
Again press gently with fingers to flatten it and fill some nut mixture on top.
Further pour some melted chocolate in each cavity to give a flat base to chocolate domes.
Keep mould in the refrigerator for 5-10 mins to set well.
Now demould all the chocolate domes and keep them on a flat surface/butter paper.
Further melt some more dark/white chocolate(5 gm), fill it in the piping bag and drizzle it on domes from one side.
Place some small pieces of edible gold paper/colourful sprinkles/nut mixture on it(optional).
Enjoy your Nuttylicious, Yummy Layered, No Bake Nuts Chocolate Dome!!!
