How To make Foolproof Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients

oz
packages semi sweet chocolate chips
14
oz
can eagle brand sweetened milk
1
salt (dash)
3/4
cup
nuts, chopped (optional)
1 1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Directions:
MICROWAVE in glass bowl or 1 quart measuring cup combine chips with sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on full power (high) 3 minutes. Stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. (Line bottom and up sides for easy removal) Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto board, peel off wax paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature
CREAMY DARK FUDGE: Melt 2 cups of miniature marshmallows with chips and milk. Proceed as above.
milk chocolate FUDGE: Omit one (6 oz) package semi sweet chips. Add 1 cup milk chocolate chips. Proceed as above.
CREAMY milk chocolate FUDGE: Omit 1 (6 oz) package semi sweet chips. Add 1 cup milk chocolate chips and 2 cups miniature marshmallows. Proceed as above.
MEXICAN FUDGE: Reduce vanilla to 1 teaspoon. Add 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon to sweetened milk. Proceed as above.
BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE Omit chocolate chips and vanilla. Melt 2 (12 oz)packages butterscotch chips with sweetened milk. When chips a melted, stir in 2 tablespoons white vinegar, dash salt, 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring and 1 cup chopped nuts. Proceed as above.
Makes about 2 pounds.

Foolproof Chocolate Fudge
In this video I show how to make Bordon's Foolproof Chocolate Fudge. This is one of the easiest receipes we've made. Be sure to melt the chocolate chips over low heat and you'll be fine. You might even try heating up the Eagle Brand milk on medium low first for a couple of minutues so the chocolate chips have a warm place to start melting.
Fudge:
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (2 cups in one 12 oz. pkg)
1 can Eagle Brand (or other brand) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 to 1 cup of chopped nuts (we like pecans)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch/dash of salt

No- Fail 2 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge in 2 Minutes Only $2 per Pound Just Like Gift Shop Fudge.
This fudge is incredibly easy to make and has a rich creamy indulgent flavor. It is exactly like gift shop fudge which sells for $10 to $20 per pound depending on where you are shopping. You can make this for about $2 per pound and it literally only takes about 2 minutes. It is perfect for gift giving, something quick to take to an office party, holiday get together, potluck or hostess gift. No one will have any idea it was so easy to make.
This is a kid friendly recipe. There is nothing hot enough to cause a burn and it doesn’t require a long attention span.

I've added walnuts in the fudge but you can add any chopped nuts of your choice. This homemade chocolate fudge is no-bake, eggless, and is perfect for gift giving!
Tips for making Chocolate Fudge:
1. Prepare the pan and the ingredients before starting to make the chocolate fudge.
2. Use good quality dark chocolate.
3. Use Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
4. Melt the chocolate over LOW heat stirring regularly.
5. You need to refrigerate the chocolate fudge for at least 5-6 hours for the fudge to set completely. Refrigeration makes the fudge more firm.
