How To make Final Exam Brownies
4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup butter -- cubed
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup m&Ms. plain chocolate candy
Melt together unsweetened chocolate and butter. Place in a bowl with sugar and mix. Beat in eggs. Add flour, vanilla, marshmallows, nuts, 1 cup chips . Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup M&Ms (or more chips). Bake 350 degrees 40-45 minutes.

How to: Brownies!
Here is a very simple double chocolate brownie recipe. You will need:
115g Unsalted Butter
115g Plain Chocolate
100g White Chocolate Chips
140g Plain Flour
300g Golden Caster Sugar
1tsp Salt
1tsp Vanilla
2 Large Eggs
2 tbs Cocoa Powder
Cook for 35-40 mins at gas mark 4 180C/350F

hi friend! i hope you are doing well. recently i have finished my first of two summer courses, and right now i am already neck deep in the second one. i am managing though :)
in this video i had a rough start, but i quickly got over it and replaced my negative emotions with happier ones. i hope this can help you if you find yourself in a frustrated state as well. it is not as easy as it may seem in this video, but i just fake it until i make it. forget about what i was so upset about. the more i make a conscious effort to change my mindset whenever i am feeling down, the easier it has become. i have been working on this for quite awhile though, so please know it will take a lot of time! i have journaled about this across several pages in my diary haha.

Walnut Brownie Recipe
Ingredients
Eggs 2
Powdered Sugar 1 cup
Oil / Butter ½ cup
All-purpose flour(maida) ½ cup
Cocoa Powder 1/3 cup
Coffee/espresso powder a pinch
Salt a pinch
Vanilla essence few drops
Walnuts ½ cup
Method
Please read the method carefully for all the tips and details to keep in consideration.
• Preheat the oven at 150°C (fan forced).
• Grease a square baking pan/dish with butter and line a baking paper and keep it aside.
• Note:( (You can use hand beater, stand mixer or just Whisk)
• Beat eggs until they are fluffy.
• Add Sugar and keep beating.
• Add Oil or Butter.
• Add Vanilla essence. Keep beating it.
• Add Sifted flour, coffee / espresso powder, cocoa powder and salt.
• Chop the walnuts coarsely and add in the brownie batter.
• Pour the mixture in the baking pan/dish and tap a little to remove air bubbles.
• Bake at 150°C for 30-35 mins to get the wet moist flaky texture.
• Increase the baking time to get the dry texture.
• Serve with berries or ice cream.
