How To make Fettucine with Shrimp and Scallions(Ginger Chili Sauce)
1/3 pound fettucine
fresh
2 teaspoons fresh ginger root :
finely chopped
2 each green onions finely chopped
2 tablespoons pecan pieces :
finely chopped
1 teaspoon peanut oil
12 shrimp, cooked tails removed
:
bowl----- 1 teaspoon Chili Sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Bring a medium pan of water to a boil, allowing 5 to 10 minutes for this before you begin the recipe. Put the ginger, green onion and pecans in a food processor and chop. In a bowl, combine the chili sauce (e.g., Heinz), soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil. Clean shrimp and remove tails. When the water is boiling, add the fettucini and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until tender but still chewy. Meanwhile, heat wok and oil with the peanut oil (or canola oil). Add the processed ingredients; add the shrimp. Drain the pasta. Add to the wok. Toss with the chili sauce ingredients. Serve at once.
'Oh, was that good!' Very fast meal. Boiling the water took the longest. (served with mixed green salad, jicama chips and raspberry vinaigrette.

1 tbsp Potato Starch
A sprinkle of Water
- Seasoning -
⅛ tsp Salt
A pinch of Pepper
1 tsp Sake
1 tbsp Egg White
1 tbsp Potato Starch
- Ebi Chili Sauce -
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1½ tbsp Chopped Ginger
1½ tbsp Chopped Garlic
1~1½ tsp Doubanjiang - Chili Bean Paste
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
100ml Chinese-style Chicken Stock (3.38 fl oz)
- follow the directions on the package of chicken stock powder
1 tbsp Sake
¼ tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
½ Naganegi - Long Green Onion
Potato Starch dissolved in Water
(1 tbsp Potato Starch + 2 tbsp Water)
½ tsp Vinegar

SHRIMP in CHILLI SAUCE (EBI CHILLI) recipe
This is Shrimp in Chilli Sauce recipe video. It's called Ebi Chilli in Japan. Ebi means shrimp. It originally came from China but is super popular here in Japan. You can have it in every Chinese restaurants here and sometimes we cook it at our home. I believe recipe isn't that complicated. And the taste would be super yummy. Why don't you give it a try!?

Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper.
Add oil to a skillet, along with butter.
Add the shrimp and cook thoroughly.
Remove the shrimp.
Add garlic, and combine. Add the red chili flakes and combine.
Add lemon juice, and re-add the shrimp.
Add butter and garnish with fresh parsley.

لعمل صوص البصل الأخضر مع الزنجبيل نحتاج
خمس بصلات خضر
ملعقتين كبيرتين من الزنجبيل الطازج
ملعقة كبيرة من الملح
ربع كوب من الزيت النباتي
ثلاث ملاعق كبيرة من زيت السمسم
ملاحظة
يمكن استبدال الفيتوتشيني بالسباغيتي أو بالنودلز

Ingredients:
1 and a half packages of Fettuccine
900 grams of shrimp
10 garlic cloves
1 tsp chili flakes
1/4 cup of soy sauce
4 tbsp oyster sauce
spicy green peppers/chili
For the Sauce:
5 green onions
2 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp of sesame oil.
Note:
You can replace the Fettucine with Spaghetti or Noodles.
